Beautifully modernized resort with top-tier service! ​Rating: 9/10 The hotel looks absolutely amazing! Loved the infinity pool area, stunning. The rooms are clean, sharp, and very comfortable with great balconies. Hospitality here is unmatched—the staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive. The location right on Bamburi Beach is perfect for anyone wanting easy ocean access. The Karaoke Sunday night was 🔥🔥🔥. The food, all-inclusive buffet by Chef Alphonce Muok and his team was amazing, really, zero complaints. Alphonces constant presence, making sure his meals were being enjoyed was awesome, really went out of his way to ensure the guests had a great culinary experience. All inclusive drinks menu could do with a bit of some work, the cocktails were good but there needs to be more variety. The 9/10 rating is for everything else apart from the AI drink menu 🤪 ​Highly recommended and will definitely be coming back!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming. They made us feel like family right away and the hotel itself is spotless and absolutely beautiful. The activities were a highlight – the team really gets everyone involved in the pool games and entertainment, which made it so much fun. The food was tasty too, and Chef Ram even came out to greet us and happily made anything we requested if he could. A few staff members made our trip unforgettable: Martin, Carlos, and especially Lorna. Lorna went above and beyond – she helped us escape a terrible situation at another hotel and arranged transport back to Bamburi Beach late at night, with food ready for us when we arrived. That kind of care is rare. All staff at the hotel are just a bundle of joy. Evening entertainment was lovely and fun, and they celebrate birthdays in the most beautiful way with dancing and singing. It’s a shame more guests don’t join in, because it really adds to the vibe. Overall, it’s an amazing place to relax and enjoy time off. Super accommodating to all family needs. We’ll be back!

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptional—warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. A huge thank you to Lorna, Martin, and Carlos, who truly made our experience unforgettable with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They are a credit to the resort. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the entertainment team kept us smiling every day and evening. Every member of staff worked incredibly hard to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, and it really shows. What made this resort stand out was the attention to detail and the way the entire team made us feel like valued guests. Nothing was too much trouble, and we created memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to everyone at Bamburi Beach Hotel Resort for such a wonderful experience. We left with fantastic memories and are already looking forward to returning. We will definitely be back!
