Kilifi Bay Beach Resort

Absolutely amazing experience! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. The beach is stunning, with breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and every detail made our stay memorable. Whether you're looking to unwind or enjoy a getaway, this is the perfect place. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Great location, quiet atmosphere s f not much activity happening within the hotel. Excellent if you are looking for a quiet chilled holiday. Excellent rooms that are clean and have a balcony with chairs and bed if you want to relax overlooking the ocean, not worth the price as service was slow, they ran out of items and there was not much variety in the food and have a limited menu. Rooms were very clean. I complained to the manager about the service I had received he promised that I should give them time to rectify but the service was just as bad until when I left. For the amount I paid I was extremely disappointed with the service and will not consider going back there again. Also had asked for airport transfer and the cost but someone how when I was leaving they decided to use an external taxi which cost more yet they had not confirmed with me first. However I explained the situation to the taxi driver and he agreed to accept the price they had told me initially

Service was excellent however the surcharge 1500 per person to enter and lack of being able to order chips puts me off. The place great with a good view during high tide.

We had a lovely stay at Kilifi Bay Beach Resort and overall enjoyed the experience, especially the setting and the people working there. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained and relaxed. We stayed in a beachfront villa, which was absolutely wonderful – waking up to the ocean just steps away was a real highlight of the trip. The staff genuinely do their best to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, and their friendliness really shows. However, service speed was a consistent issue, particularly when it came to food and payment. The beach bar was unfortunately nothing special, and it took an extremely long time both to receive food and to pay. This seemed to be the case across all restaurants at the resort. Many guests were on all-inclusive packages (we were not), and it felt as if the staff were not very used to handling guests who needed to pay separately – but regardless, waiting that long to settle the bill is not acceptable. In summary, this is a very nice resort with a great location and warm, hardworking staff. If service efficiency, especially around dining and payment, were improved, it would significantly enhance the overall experience. The beachfront villa alone makes the stay memorable.
