Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort & Spa

We absolutely loved our stay at the Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort. We did a four day safari first which was extremely tiring so our 6 night stay at the Neptune was heaven. Very clean, great friendly staff and well kept rooms. If I have one little niggle is kids around the bar pool being allowed to splash about whilst we were trying to enjoy a quiet drink but getting splashed in the process. I understand that parents are entitled to enjoy the pool bar too but unfortunately some are too busy drinking rather than watching over their children. I hasten to add that that episode only happened once but with 2 other Neptune sites adjoining it's a shame one is not adults only. Nevertheless it was a beautiful venue and one we will definitely return to next year. The monkeys were an added entertainment. Thank you Neptune Palm Beach

Stanley is far more than just a bartender — he creates an atmosphere that makes every evening special. His cocktails were always perfectly prepared, but what truly stood out was his personality. He remembers guests, starts great conversations, and makes everyone feel like a friend rather than just a visitor. Thanks to him, every night had a wonderful vibe and became a highlight of my vacation. If you are staying at this hotel, I strongly recommend asking for Stanley at the bar. A lovely find on Diani beach. Great rooms, great service and above all great ambiance and food Faultless. Thoroughly recommend anyone coming to this coast. One of the better hotels around.

We had a fantastic holiday at Neptune Palm over December 2025 and the whole experience was exceptional. All the staff (ground staff, bar, restaurant and kids club) could not be faulted, they were all so welcoming and accommodating. The kids entertainment and activities for adults made us not want to leave after our 5th day. We would definitely come to the hotel again next year.
