Neptune Village Beach Resort & Spa

We had a 3 week stay at Neptune village during the festive season which turned out to be the best holiday we've ever had. I honestly wanna thank the entire management and staff for taking good care of us I dont have a single negative thing to say but to give thanks to Restaurant team lead by Caro, Larry and Fatuma who helped me with bay menu and Fatuma bringing to my room so that we would feed the baby before dinner, all the Kitchen staff the Housekeeping department, the Animation team, we spent so much time around them my 4 yr old and even my 6 month old loved them. Very good choice! Service is excellent, perdonnel is extremely nice, profesional, very prompt in solving any issue! Beach is great! BF is ok-ish, while finding little european stuff (still some salamy and cheese always there!) But lunch and dinner are amazing! Fish, meat (except for pork!), lamb very tasty! Lots of sweets, but fruits are best! They also have good annomation team. Evey night some show (masai, acrobatics, bingo). We had a great time and lots of fin!

We spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel and truly fell in love with the place and the people who work there. The cleanliness of the entire complex, as well as our room, was excellent and exceeded our expectations. From the bar staff to the snack restaurant team and the main restaurant staff, we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our holiday even more special. We felt comfortable and welcome from the very first day. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to others.
