Second time in two years returning to this wonderful island. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. Island immaculately clean. Food was great with good variety. Snorkelling was great, lots to see. The island was so quiet though because of the problems in the Middle East. So glad we persevered with our trip. Thank you Ps best pillows ever!

Stunning location and a great arrival on the seaplane. We had booked a prestige water villa. It was even better than we anticipated as we were not aware the water villas are in a separate part of the island with their own dedicated restaurant and a 500m beach. Given there are only 20 villas and therefore a maximum of 40 people in the area it was lovely and quiet. We were met from the sea plane and looked after during our stay by Clovie our personal butler. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and an asset to the Resort. The villa was lovely although the only minor criticism was the permanent sun bed on the decking, the problem being you couldn’t move it with the direction of the sun. The food was absolutely superb in the deducted private restaurant- definitely 5 star catering. I think this is a medium sized island and has all the facilities you need.

From the moment you step into the spa, a sense of peace completely surrounds you. The gentle sound of flowing water, soft music, and soothing aromas immediately help you unwind and relax. We were wonderfully taken care of by Pita and Sri, who were both exceptional. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience truly special. The Balinese massage and facial treatment were absolutely perfectly executed, deeply relaxing, and incredibly rejuvenating. Every detail felt carefully considered, and the overall experience was simply outstanding. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for true relaxation and quality treatments. Without a doubt, we will be coming back again

From start to finish this was an exceptional experience. Nothing was too much trouble, Manoj made us feel like we were his priority, no pressure just outstanding attention and service. Spa treatments by Sri and Ami were fabulous. My expectations for this holiday were high, the experience absolutely exceeded the expectations.

Kids Club Koanas is great, the lasiea Uffa is the Best. Was taking care of our son every day, very nice and welcoming.
