Cons about the Kids Club: I observed several issues with the Kids Club staff and overall experience. Two staff members, Aimaan and Vika, appeared disengaged and did not actively interact with the children. Their behavior was unprofessional at times, they were seen showing physical affection (hugging, kissing, sitting very closely together) in front of guests, which is not appropriate in a kids’ environment. Additionally, the activities lacked variety. The same activity was repeated for three weeks without any changes to the samples, which caused the children to lose interest. Although the activity program itself looks well-planned, it is often not followed, and activities do not start on time. Another staff member, Maria (Russian), has good energy but lacks professionalism in guest interaction. She does not greet guests or assist them upon arrival (such as opening the door), and her communication style can come across as disrespectful. I also noticed that when she plays with the children, she often lies on the floor while kids sit and play, which does not reflect an appropriate or professional approach. Furthermore, adult songs are sometimes played while children are present, which is not suitable for a kids’ environment. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and did not meet the expected standards of a Kids Club. It did not feel like a child-friendly environment, and I believe improvements and proper staff supervision are necessary.

Well managed property. Awesome ambience and Staff is curtagious. Loved the way sonu from the main Bar served awesome and fantastic drinks,Me and my wife was well attended by this guy.

Ambience: The overall ambience is quite lovely. They often host events at nights, such as fire show, dance nights, which keeps you engaged even at the night. Rooms: The rooms are well maintained, cleaning is always on time and the staff is prompt. We stayed 2 days at beach pool villa and then 2 days at watervilla. Both the stays were lovely and the views were gorgeous. Service & Activities: Very responsive staff that listens to your queries patiently. We had overall 4 days and wanted to squish in a lot of activities. Special mention to Dada, who was very sweet and shared watersports activities according to our requests. Also, if you are a novice swimmer and yet want to engage in watersports, they have a fabulous team to help you with. Mr. Sadath helped us sincerely with snorkeling training and Mr. Adam went out of his way and assisted us during snorkeling. It was our first team and we absolutely loved snorkeling under his guided assistance. Food: Multiple cuisines ensuring you are more than stuffed. There are ample options available for Vegetarians. Indian food menu is also extensive. Noise level: No noise, as there is enough distance distance from the airport.

We stayed in a deluxe room with a pool and direct beach access, which was absolutely perfect, recently refurbished & modernised its beautiful. Transfers are either by internal flight (around 20 minutes) or seaplane (around 30–40 minutes). The seaplane is a wonderful experience in itself and the views are amazing. One of the nicest things about returning here is how everyone remembers us and treats us so kindly each year. It really does feel special. A big thank you to Nizam for always keeping us informed and being on hand for any queries throughout our stay. I think everyone gets a dedicated member of staff to assist them as required. Medehi did a fantastic job looking after our room — always attentive and helpful. It was also lovely to see Faruk again, who we have known for a long time now, and we even saw Masud a couple of times too. It’s really nice to see people progressing in their careers over the years, and also to see so many long-serving staff still here. Raminda, Trinity and the restaurant team were excellent as always, with great food throughout our stay. Special mention to Bodey and Actin, who are very special people to us. They always remember exactly what we like and nothing is ever too much effort. Huge thanks as well to the Dive Crew. Hopefully we will get to dive with Visham dive centre manager next year who always makes time to chat & if he isn’t available assistant Alex is on hand to help. Special mention to Sameer and Unni, who dived with us most days — they both clearly passed their yearly eye tests as they still manage to spot the tiniest things in the ocean! Also Jazz, who made sure our last dives at my favourite dive site were especially memorable by hunting out the baby eagle ray and the silvertip shark.  Great organisation as always and great fun to hang out with. We completed 31 dives this year. The diving here is brilliant, with warm water and fantastic marine life, if you are lucky there is chance to see whale shark, manta & dolphin. I would absolutely recommend diving here, whether you are experienced or wanting to learn. Special mention as well to the boat crew — especially Adhuray, who somehow knows you need help before you even realise it yourself, Absy’s crew, Captain Ali and “old” Captain Ali. All the crews are wonderful and I’m sorry I don’t know how to spell everyone’s names — there are a lot of people involved in keeping everything running smoothly on an island resort! One thing that really stands out every year is just how thoughtful all the staff are. For example the boat crew always take such good care of guests, and even the little things — like spotting wildlife from the boat and pointing things out — make such a difference. That kindness is exactly why we keep coming back. The buggy team also took great care of us as usual. Gafur and his team are always prompt, efficient and very helpful. If you don’t hire bikes, the buggy service is a great option. The island is quite spread out, which we actually love because it means you often feel like you have your own private beach with nobody else around, but it does mean there can be a bit of walking. There are also birds on the island including chickens, peacocks, ducks, swans and parrots, which guests are able to visit. It’s been amazing seeing all the changes and development work progressing around the island over the years. Everything is managed so well that there is very no disturbance or disruption to guests. The renovated rooms are looking lovely and it’s clear the resort continues to invest in improvements. Another thing we really enjoy is seeing so many returning guests each year — it’s lovely catching up with familiar faces. The staff here are genuinely wonderful people, and I don’t think many of them realise just how much guests appreciate everything they do behind the scenes to make each stay so special. Hopefully we will be back again next year.

Villa park is an amazing place to spend your vacation in complete relaxation while enjoying a lot of activities. Snorkeling is a great experience! The island is like an enormous garden with beautiful plants and animals. Thank you Nizam and all the staff for your support and kindness, we enjoyed every single minute of our honeymoon!
