Villa Park Sun Island

Our stay at Villa Park was an emotional journey, and in the end, it became one of the most memorable holidays we’ve ever had. When we first arrived, we were disappointed. The villa we received was not what we had expected, and several details made it difficult to fully enjoy the beginning of our vacation. We shared our concerns with the hotel management, hoping they would simply listen. What happened next is the reason for this review. The management responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Instead of treating our feedback as a complaint, they treated it as an opportunity to improve our experience. We were upgraded to a beautiful Lagoon Beach Villa, and from the moment we entered, everything changed. The villa was spacious, fresh, beautifully maintained, only a few steps from the beach, and exactly the atmosphere we had hoped to find when coming to the Maldives. Even more importantly, we were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay. The hotel surprised us with wine, a cake, and thoughtful decorations that made the evening truly magical. It wasn’t about expensive gifts—it was about making us feel genuinely cared for. We would especially like to thank Ms. Simna. She stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process, listened carefully, kept us informed, and did everything within her power to make our holiday special. What impressed us most was not that there had been a problem at the beginning, but how sincerely she worked to resolve it afterwards. Hospitality isn’t about never making mistakes. It’s about how people respond when something goes wrong. Ms. Simna showed professionalism, kindness, empathy, and genuine dedication to her guests. By the end of our stay, our disappointment had completely turned into gratitude. In fact, by the time we left, we honestly wished we could stay for another week. That says everything. Thank you to the entire Villa Park team for reminding us why this island is such a special place. We look forward to coming back.

We’ve had a lovely time at Villa Park, the staff have been so wonderful and accommodating especially Nizam and Mazhabeen as we were celebrating a milestone birthday.

Great location! Very friendly atmosphere Our host Nizam provided us with everything we needed, answered all our questions very promotly. Our room was perfect, clean, great view to the ocean. Good value for the money! Food was nice, waiters were very polite.
