Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort

We booked Heritage Awali for our Wedding Anniversary with the family. Upon arrival we were greeted by a welcoming drummer who announced our arrival, and it was a nice experience to encounter. We also had welcoming drinks and towels to cool us down. Although we had some teething problems to begin with, the hotel management resolved the situation and upgraded us to a presidential suite, which was incredibly nice. > There were good sides to Awali. The kids club was exceptional and would thoroughly recommend the staff and environment. > The cleaning staff was also superb, honest and great in tidying our room. Big shout out to Antoinette, who looked after our room. > Although we had find the Spa facilities, the staff and services was amazing and deserves a visit. > My little boy loves fishing and Shakti, from the boat crew was so patient and really inspired us to come back again. Thank you Pamela and Shakti. >You must visit the CocoShack, the coconut drink and atmosphere there is awesome.

For the fourth time, we had the privilege of spending another amazing holiday at Heritage Awali, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. The resort is maintained to the highest standard, and the service is truly exceptional. What made this visit even more special was that so many staff members recognised us from previous years and went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Oudish for your outstanding, noble service and kindness. You especially ensured that every dining experience at the Infinity Blue Restaurant was phenomenal. To Nicholas, thank you for the top-class service at the Zenzibar Bar and for responding immediately when we had a concern. Your professionalism was greatly appreciated. Oliver, thank you for always providing quick, friendly, and excellent service at the pool. Your positive attitude never goes unnoticed. We are sincerely grateful to Jean-Paul, Executive Assistant Manager, for making our stay truly unforgettable, and to Laurent, Head Sommelier, for welcoming us with such genuine warmth and kindness. Your hospitality made us feel like family. Another highlight was our dining experience at Zafarani Restaurant. Zuhayr, Head Waiter, and Yovishni, Assistant Outlet Manager, your service was simply outstanding and made every meal a memorable one. We also thoroughly enjoyed our lunches at C Beach Club, where Aurelia consistently delivered exceptional service with a smile. We simply can’t get enough of Heritage Awali because of people like all of you. It is your passion, kindness, and genuine care that keep bringing us back year after year. Even our son is still talking about all of you—you truly left a heartprint on our family. Thank you for another unforgettable holiday. We can’t wait to return!

This was our first time at Heritage Awali, and we chose it based on TripAdvisor reviews. I’m so glad we did — every single review was true! From the moment we arrived, the front office team welcomed us with such warmth. The hospitality continued throughout our stay. The staff were genuinely kind, not just to us but to every guest. *Highlights of our stay:* - *Room*: We stayed in a Deluxe Sea View room and it was stunning. Waking up to that view was the best birthday gift. - *Food*: Absolutely delicious! Special shoutout to Miss Anais in the restaurant who went above and beyond. She even organized a sweet birthday surprise for my husband. And Mr Rohit, the Sommelier, gave us amazing wine recommendations and arranged a special lunch at Infinity Blue where we got to taste the chef’s specialties. - *Spa*: Pure magic. Radhika and Varsha gave us the most relaxing massages, and Mr Rajeev at spa reception advised us perfectly. The Hamam, sauna and open jacuzzi were the cherry on top. - *Bar team*: They were incredible. They recommended lovely drinks and even made my husband a warming drink when he caught a cold. We left feeling so pampered and sad to check out. It’s 100% worth it and highly recommended. We’re already planning to come back with our whole family for our next staycation. Beautiful location, atmosphere was gorgeous, rooms were very lovely always tidy always looked amazing, value is amazing for how much u get couldn’t ask for a better price, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen, noise level was quiet and filled with water falling and the ocean amazing once again!, service once again the best I have seen with the amount of people coming in and out daily especially from Aditya at Zenzi ,Vayraj at the pool, Oliver at the pool, tarvin from infinity blue but overall all amazing.

The location is amazing. The beach is lovely, also lots of activities to do close by, plus the staff were lovely when trying to plan things. The atmosphere is lovely as well, they always have lovely events/music going on in the evening, but also not too late which was great. The room was amazing, the view from my room was amazing. It was so clean everyday and they always acknowledged our requests when it came to extras as well as changes for my allergy. The staff are absolutely amazing, always went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Aditya and Tarvin from Infinity Blue Restaurant were always so lovely and make our evenings so much better always happy. Vayraj and Oliver at the Pool were always amazing constantly making sure we had drinks and always making us smile. As well as Kate and all the staff with the entertainment team always so happy and so lovely
