The Lagoon Attitude was everything the reviews said. A wonderful room overlooking a spectacular bay, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurants and a great selection of drinks with our all-inclusive package. There are plenty of activities if you're so inclined and there's a chilled, relaxed feel about the place. There was an entertainment every evening and all of a good quality. were stayed for eleven nights and thoroughly enjoyed every day. Thank you one and all, but especially Henna, Olive and the whole activities team.

We had a wonderful experience at the lagoon attitude hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mrs Ratee. She was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out more . We’re very grateful for her efforts. Also Avinash provided outstanding service at the bar and truly elevated our experience. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly skilled at what he does. His positive attitude and great recommendations made our time there even more enjoyable. Thank you, Avinash, for the excellent service—we’ll definitely remember it!

I love the ambiance and the staffs there. Mrs Ratee in the restaurantion was very humble and nice person, merci bcp madame the way you treat us,😘😘😘😘😘 she has taken good care of us, avinash from the Bar thank you a lot for the nice drinks and Didier from Recreation team thank you for the nice ride in the sea. We were impressed by the sheer variety and the consistently high quality across all dining outlets. Having fresh fish and seafood available every day was a real treat for us! We managed to try all the à la carte restaurants, and they did not disappoint: • Lemongrass: Our absolute favorite! The service here is unparalleled. • Kot Nou: This spot consistently overachieved our expectations, largely thanks to Reena, who made every visit special. The entire team is professional and efficient, but a few individuals made our holiday truly unforgettable: • The Bar Team & Henna: A huge shout-out to the bar crew and especially Henna. She took every single order with a genuine smile and kept us laughing throughout our stay. Her energy is infectious! • Akash & Neehal (Lemongrass): These two are masters of their craft. They remembered our exact orders and were incredibly observant—our wine glasses were never empty, and they always anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. They made our evenings truly enjoyable. • Veeky: If you want to know about the "real" Mauritius, find Veeky! He provided us with the best information on local specialties and Mauritian food, always delivered with friendliness and a great story to tell. Bottom line: Every employee we encountered provided quick, professional service, but the personal touches from the team members mentioned above turned a great vacation into a perfect one.
