We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel offers a wide range of both land and water activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The buffet at Benitier Restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes. We also visited the spa, where the service was outstanding, and the massage was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Kheshwar from the animation team, who introduced me to paddle for the first time—it was a fun and memorable experience. His pool activities, including aquagym and water polo, were also very enjoyable. We would also like to thank Aman at the bar, Ayman and Noshima at reception, as well as all the staff from the restaurants, boathouse, and housekeeping teams for their friendliness and excellent service. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we look forward to returning again in the near future.

What an amazing and gorgeous hotel. Myself and husband travelled for our honeymoon and first wedding anniversary and cannot fault the hotel. All the staff are so friendly and will always greet you. They cannot do enough for you. You are never without a drink, staff and always on it with whatever you may need. I emailed multiple times for different queries before we arrived and the staff were really helpful. We hired a car through SIXT after the hotel recommended them and many of the hotel guests used them. The hotel itself is beautiful, the additional activities are great. We especially loved the snorkelling trip. The food is good, make sure you book before by emailing a week before you arrive as they get booked up. All are amazing food and different. We had the whirlpool suite and I definitely think it’s worth the extra money it’s absolutely gorgeous. Definitely recommend and would love to come back one day. Thanks for having us!

I was there to celebrate my fiancee birthday and I would like to thank Mr Parvez who organized a surprise romantic bathtub experience with foam and flowers accompanied with a bottle of champagne and glasses for us. Mrs Begum decorated our room with roses. Mr Veeky and other staffs at the restaurant took really great care of us and organized a surprise birthday cake and champagne for us. Many thanks to Mr Raja at the reception and wonderful hotel experience.

We had a lovely time here. There are many activities to do here (kayaking, water polo, sunset cruises, local musicians, snorkeling etc) and you wont get bored. The staff is very polite especially our room service lady Begam.

An unforgettable dining experience at Lemongrass! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, food, and service were absolutely top class. Huge compliments to Chef Alexandre and Chef Neerag for creating dishes that were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a masterpiece. A special thank you as well to the amazing staff — Akhilesh, Neehal, and Kylian — for their outstanding hospitality, friendliness, and attention to detail throughout the evening. They truly made us feel welcomed and looked after from start to finish. If you’re looking for incredible food, amazing service, and a memorable experience, Lemongrass is a must-visit. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
