My stay at Lagoon Attitude was overall a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and I would like to give a big thank you to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. The food at the restaurants was okay and met expectations, offering a decent variety and quality throughout the stay. A special mention goes to the bar staff—Kosaal and Raju—who truly added value to our experience with their great service and friendly attitude. However, there were a few issues during my stay, which I have already raised with the management. Despite this, I would still recommend Lagoon Attitude for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.✨🤍

Our stay at Lagoon Attitude Hotel had a mix of positives and disappointments, which ultimately left us with a somewhat underwhelming overall experience. To begin with the positives, the hotel does many things right. The food throughout our stay was consistently good, with a variety of options that we genuinely enjoyed. The waiters and service staff stood out for their friendly and professional attitude, always making an effort to be attentive and welcoming. The service and drinks at the Coral Bar were particularly impressive, offering a relaxed atmosphere and well-prepared beverages. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the reliable housekeeping service, which ensured a comfortable environment during our stay. However, several issues significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we checked in at 12:30 but did not receive our luggage in the room until 15:40—and only after we personally followed up with reception. This delay was inconvenient and not what we expected from a hotel of this standard. Another disappointment was Laboutique, the hotel’s bulk shop, which appeared to be insufficiently stocked to meet guest demand. On our first day, we were unable to get any drinks there, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, despite being on an All-In All-Out meal plan, we were unable to secure a reservation at the Lemongrass Restaurant throughout our stay, even after making multiple requests. Missing out on this dining experience was particularly disappointing, especially given that it is one of the hotel’s highlighted offerings. While the hotel has clear strengths in service, food, and cleanliness, the recurring issues we encountered affected our overall enjoyment. Unfortunately, these shortcomings have influenced our decision, and we do not feel inclined to revisit in the future.

I had the most wonderful weekend at Lagoon Attitude 🌿✨ Everything was simply perfect, and I’m so grateful to the amazing team who made our stay truly special. Special thanks as well to Kevin Benier for going above and beyond 🙏 A warm shoutout to the lovely young staff member at Benitier Restaurant (I remember him as “Tipti”) ... your constant smile truly made my day every time we visited 😊 A big thank you as well for the special attention given to celebrate our one year engagement anniversary, and for the lovely birthday cake ....it truly meant a lot to us and made the weekend even more memorable 🎂❤️ Apologies if I’ve missed anyone , every single staff member contributed to making our weekend unforgettable. Had such a wonderful stay at Lagoon Attitude! I spent 2 nights there for my birthday, and it was truly special from start to finish. A big thank you to the team for the lovely birthday surprise — a special table was set up for us with a nice deco and a birthday cake at Benitier was such a thoughtful touch and made the moment even more memorable. 🎂 The staff were amazing throughout my stay. Both Mauritian and foreign staff members were equally warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They even checked on us every now and then to make sure everything was perfect, which made us feel really cared for. The themed dinner buffet at Benitier offered a great variety of food every night, with something for everyone to enjoy. And the entertainment is Absolutely fantastic lively, fun, and added so much to the overall experience. The drinks at the bar were also excellent.. a great selection of cocktails and mocktails, all well-prepared and refreshing. I also really appreciated my request for a late check-out was accepted which allowed us to relax and enjoy our last day without feeling rushed. What I appreciated most is how everyone is treated the same, whether local or foreign — that kind of hospitality truly stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back again. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lagoon Attitude and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. I would especially like to thank Carine, Kevin, and Ziah for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They made my stay comfortable, relaxing, and truly memorable with their attentive service and positive attitude. I would also like to give special recognition to the team at Spa Poz – La Forêt Macondé. The La Forêt Macondé massage was absolutely superb — deeply relaxing and professionally delivered. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay and a perfect wellness experience. Thank you to the entire team for such a beautiful and unforgettable holiday.
