Really enjoyed the time spent at Lagoon Attitude. Special shoutout to Keshwar for his great enthusiam, he was really entertaining, very helpful and kindhearted. Wish him all the best in his future endeavours. From an Accenture employee.

I am and was a loyal returning customer - Attitude Group Hotel. Unfortunately I have to say this is by far one of the worst experiences and service received compare to the 100 Hotel I stayed before worldwide. To make matters worse off the Room Manager and Zilwa Hotel Front Desk Office had contributed to this worst nightmare I had experienced. I been planning this Mauritius Road Trip for a long time and spoil by incompetent service. I asked the Front Dest office at Zilwa Hotel to confirm my next stayed at Lagoon Hotel. The phone called was made in from of me and yet turn to be a lie … Between Zilwa Front Desk and Lagoon Front Desk …. leaving with a massive problem. Both confirmed my arrival/ Room / Seaview / Rate including that i am a registered disabled person with Mobility issues (Not in a wheelchair) at Lagoon is confirmed . Upon on arrival I was faced with a Horrible Room Manager …. Who gave refuse to give to room i booked, gave a room next to the building site (Where are being carried till 4pm) , No Seaview , Rate was Rs 9250 instead of Rs 8225. Dark and dirty. When I complained and said if you can’t accommodate me to what i paid for then … just give me a full refund and will go. So he decided to threaten me with “You Leave No Money your Choice to leave …… Not even a partial Refund” Exact Words “. I explained that Ms Diksha did call and confirmed this yesterday and Your Front Desk Said everything is booked exactly as per my booking. Look like my room was given to another customer (Zilwa Attitude Hotel a sister hotel who should be blame for this as well) He said you can stay here till evening if we can change your room but DO NOT unpacked…. I had no choice to go outside to get lunch and was told to come back around 5 - 6pm . Again was given a room far from amenities… completely ignoring my disability and “said to me you don’t look disabled… I replied what a disabled person should look like) even though i had my walking stick and my knees braces on. No one was willing to help … managed to complained to two supposedly senior managers… only to fall on deaf ears , on the second day lost so much going back and forth from pillar to post … only on the last day i was given the room type which i booked originally…. however this room as well like the others was Dirty , mould , stuffy , broken leaking fridge . Lizard , cockroaches etc All along I requested for a full refund from day one if they cannot provide me with the room i booked … but got rejected…. Please note I checked …. most of the rooms i managed to see when was walking to see the hotel … nearly most of them Does Not look like on the advertised pictures Definitely NOT A 4Stars Hotel I have emailed senior management and still Nothing …. And yet I stayed at their sister Hotel Sunrise Attitude Hotel which is completely the opposite. Even though I complained via emails still Nothing…. Please note pictures does not lie Even though I complained via email Nothing till date

Perfect location for amazing holiday Quiet, professional atmosphere,with the most amazing , awesome staff. Rooms neat and was serviced daily Real gem ,all meals included with activities for all ages, my first kayak and paddle boat experience with so patient instructors Would like to thank all the staff from reception to house keeping, waiters, managers and cleaners. You all were nothing short of excellence in service , I am in awe of the care, respect and sense of family treatment that we received. Special thanks to Varun ,Krishna,Ganesh and all staff from Benitiers, food and service was impeccable. I was so surprised for my birthday Wen I was treated like Royalty,given cake and champagne with special table prepared. thank you Also to Heman ,Dinesh,Raja and Kevin, you made our stay so comfortable by seeing to all our needs without delay. You communicated on daily basis to ensure we were happy and treated well. Love everything about the place and staff I came in contact with and will definitely be coming back 💞💕💞💯💯💯

First time Mauritius- what a beautiful place. Came to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary which they made special with little touches such as a bottle of champagne and special notes on the bed. Cannot fault any of the staff, happy, always smiling and bend over backwards to help. We had a smell in our first room, the staff worked hard to rectify before finally moving our room, we didn’t have any issues with the new room. No issue with finding a sun bed at any time of the day. Resort spotlessy clean. Completely recommend the Spa. Having had a major problem with swelling feet, had a fantastic massage and the swelling had disappeared by the following day 😊. The only negative we have is the food - if you like curry you’ll be ok - if not you may find it difficult to find something to eat - even the lamb stew was curry, I lived on pasta and vegetables for 2 weeks. The speciality restaurants are difficult to book even when the resort was only 70% full so imagine it would be very difficult when full. We booked both Lemongrass and Coral for the steak. The steak wasn’t of the best quality. I fully believe for an all inclusive you shouldn’t have to pay, especially given how expensive the holiday is to start with. Wherever we have stayed before these have always been free at least for the first visit but most times you can make frequent bookings for no additional charge. In regards to mosquitoes- I don’t usually get bitten and had taken precautions but still got bitten a fair amount, even the sprays didn’t appear to work. The sunset catamaran trip is worth doing, but make sure you book early. Absolutely loved our time in Mauritius, did some amazing trips, Paradise Island, swimming with the dolphins and Port Louis using the hotel taxi service (ask for Ranjit) and will definitely be back, just not to this hotel for the food issues alone. Again, can’t fault the staff they were all wonderful.

Our stay at this resort was fantastic. The food is great, the activities are fun and the location is so beautiful. I want to highlight that the hotel staff is one of a kind. Everyone is helpful, smiling and just expressing good vibes. I explicitly want to mention Kevin who helped us in times where we required medical support. Throughout the whole process, Kevin was there for us, asked us even days after how everything went and to top it off he visited us in the hospital. I have never seen such behavior from a hotel staff member for complete strangers. Special thanks again for our unforgettable stay.
