Very lovely place to have a holiday. Friendly staff. Tasty food. Clean pool.

The hotel has many positives such as 3 nice swimming pools and a reasonable location that, while not on the beach, is close by to it as well as a supermarket and shops. Furthermore the Concierge Ajay was very friendly and immediately built up a good rapport with me and other guests. He arranged an all day island tour which was reasonably priced and helped us to make the most of our limited time. I found the dinners and breakfasts okay but nothing special. These were both buffets but did not offer that much choice nor particularly quality ingredients despite the dinner being relatively expensive compared to other options. There was an old piece of soap in the bathroom which should have been replaced and it would have been nice to get a bottle of water in the room.

So this hotel is nice from the outside. I’m writing this while walking to the nearest atm at 22:30 when my flight leaves at 8, because hotel does accept card payments but not for tourist tax, that NEEDS to be in cash. First checkin: Idk what to say. We showed our voucher after a 13h flight and the first thing they mentioned is why we have a car not by the hotel, sorry what ? I booked a car at the airport?? We got a „premium“ room next to the open restaurant and party area. There is no way to sleep next to the „party area“ till 23:00-24:00, while most activities on Mauritius start at <06:00. I requested another room and got the answer they are fully booked. I got in touch with my booking agency and after they called the hotel suddenly there is a room available. That room is okay, but sleep, nah. There is a dog outside barking from 2-5am because there are people bringing and getting people all night with lights on and running engine. Checkout: There is a tourist tax in Mauritius. In this accommodation it can only be paid in cash. The manager and receptionist did trashtalk me 30min before the answer was that on VISA they will pay a 5% fee to the government - ah ? So it’s a hotel problem not a law as they stated? Food: Sometimes ok, sometimes not ok. For a 3 star hotel it’s okay. Pricing beer almost 4x the local price in an all inclusive hotel is a bit meh. —— I would not recommend this hotel. At most I would give it 2 stars for the nice outside and look. But this management and noise situation is unacceptable.

We found that the Mauritian staff at the hotel to be friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was tranquil, pleasant and in good condition. Some of the other guests appeared opposed to having children on site. There was some range of evening entertainment by JD although this was limited. We loved the traditional sega dancing, karaoke and bingo. The hotel is very close to the beach - within walking distance which is very useful. Parking at the hotel is very limited which was sometimes reserved. It is also located well for shops, bars and restaurants. We did have a few issues with falling coconuts which we were concerned about for the children's safety. Overall we enjoyed our time there and felt that the breakfast option was sufficient with a good range - we particularly enjoyed the fresh omelette Station. We felt that more emphasis should have been put on supporting guests with their luggage to and from rooms when arriving and departing. Overall a very pleasant stay in an idyllic location. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.

We went with Thomas cook for 10 days. We had excellent experience. The hotel staff made our holiday extra ordinary such a amazing staff. Can't do enough for you. Special thanks to Mr Ramlol, Poonam, visham, and all staff in kitchen. About the hotel, it's 3 star but homely, good swimming pool, near the au biches beach, Various of food dish every night. We will definitely visit this hotel again.
