Cozy hotel here..cool atmosphere..the food was awesome no regret..coming to bar section.. AKASH the barman treat us well like friends and give us his special creations..above the list amazing...great guy.

I have just the most amazing 10 day stay with my daughter. All the staff were amazing and attentive and treated us amazingly. The fact that it’s a smaller hotel meant my daughter felt a lot safer as it wasn’t a huge place to get lost in. The food is great. We enjoyed it and found food we both enjoyed. Perhaps some people may find it limiting as it’s not the usual 300 dishes international buffet style but more a select few dishes. For me that was great as I like to encourage my daughter to eat a variety of foods, so the lack of chicken nuggets and chips at each meal time allowed me to help he eat different foods … she even tried the squid one night. The room was a great size with balcony overlooking one of the pools and was kept clean by the staff each day. We also liked it wasn’t one of the larger hotels on a beach as where the hotel is situated is a couple of minute walk to the beach but there’s also some shops close by and other little eateries that we went to. Loved it all and would definitely go back

Customer service here is better than other hotels visited on the island. It appears that formal training has been given. Staff are warm and friendly. This is a significant factor for me when choosing hotels. Room superb. As a vegetarian I was disappointed on the first night for the food variety. I was compelled to raise this with the dining supervisor ( I forgot his name) however he was very accommodating to me and made sure I was well catered for. A special thanks to him.. I travel every year to Mauritius and visit different hotels. On the basis of the great service I received I would highly recommend and also return to stay.

Quite good hotel, room was fair but as clean, housekeeper did not swept the room at all. however, service and food remain an issue, lack of varieties, waiters are only clearing plates, no attention to guest service. lack of supervision. Not value fir money. Atmosphere is good,
