A Heartfelt Thank You to the Wonderful Restaurant Team We are currently staying at Long Beach Resort Mauritius, and we really wanted to take a moment to share our heartfelt appreciation for the entire restaurant team. The service we have experienced throughout our stay has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone has been extremely warm, welcoming, attentive and professional. However, what has touched us the most is the special care, patience and genuine affection the restaurant staff have shown towards our 23-month-old son. Travelling with a toddler can be challenging, especially during meal times. At this age, children can be very unpredictable — they may refuse food, change their preferences from one meal to another, get restless at the table or simply want to run around. As parents, we sometimes worry that this might inconvenience the restaurant staff or other guests. But the team at Long Beach has made us feel completely comfortable from the beginning. They have never made us feel that our little one was a disturbance. Instead, they have welcomed him with such warmth and kindness that he himself looks forward to coming to the restaurant. They smile at him, talk to him, remember him and make genuine efforts to make him comfortable. We have been especially impressed by how patiently they accommodate his food preferences. Whenever we have requested something simple or suitable for him, the staff have gone out of their way to help us. Even when he refuses something or changes his mind, they respond with a smile and incredible patience. These may seem like small gestures, but for parents travelling with a young child, they mean so much. We would especially like to mention a few members of the team who have made a very special impression on our family: Rutuja – Thank you for your warmth, kindness and the lovely way you interact with our little one. Your gentle approach makes him feel so comfortable. Marie Noelle – Thank you for your beautiful smile, patience and the extra care you take to make sure our family, especially our son, is comfortable. Ben – Thank you for your friendliness, attentiveness and for always being so helpful. Your positive attitude makes every meal more pleasant. Jeet – Thank you for your cheerful nature and for making our dining experience so comfortable. Your interaction with our little one has been wonderful. Khushboo – Thank you for your kindness, patience and the personal attention you give us. We truly appreciate the warmth you show towards our son. We would also like to appreciate the entire restaurant team, including everyone whose names we may not know. Every person we have interacted with has contributed to making our dining experience special. What stands out most is that the care never feels forced or like just part of the job. It feels genuine. The way the team remembers our son, notices what he likes, accommodates our requests and interacts with him so naturally has made us feel incredibly welcomed as a family. Because of their wonderful attitude, we have been able to relax and enjoy our meals rather than constantly worrying about our toddler. That is something that makes a huge difference to parents. A beautiful resort is made even more special by the people who work there, and the restaurant team at Long Beach truly represents the warmth and hospitality of the resort. To Rutuja, Marie Noelle, Ben, Jeet, Khushboo and the entire restaurant team — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our little boy, for your endless patience, for always welcoming us with a smile, and for making our family feel so special. We will take home many beautiful memories from our Mauritius holiday, and the kindness and affection shown to our son by the restaurant team will definitely be one of the memories we cherish the most. Location is good but far from airport. Rooms arę cleaned every day, the service is exellent.

This is a truly excellent and exceptional hotel full of great features such as private beach and fitness centre, central plaza, variety of activities to choose from and very good quality evening entertainment. Beautiful location with white sand and heavenly turquoise ocean and clear water at the shore. Beautiful buildings and chic style giving you the feeling of luxury at every moment. Lovely chilled atmosphere and everybody SO amazingly friendly! Rooms are very comfortable and stylish with great cleanliness. The catering service is phenomenal - outstanding cuisine, chefs are amazing and the catering service staff are amazing too. Wide variety of food choice and several restaurants to choose from. I would like to give huge appreciation and huge THANKS to the following staff at Le Marche restaurant for always making my experience of the highest standard, and always looking after me, making sure that everything was excellent: Vishal, Yashvin, Michael, Prasad and Sohit - I cannot thank them enough and deserve the highest recognition for their service! It is very fitting for if you want to experience the holiday of a lifetime. The hotel staff are exceptionally excellent! The management are excellent and outstanding! They always listen and make the right decisions and ensure their staff are trained to the highest standards. They pride themselves on ensuring guests are well looked after and have the happiest and most exceptional experiences. I certainly felt more than a guest at the hotel - in fact I felt more like a member of the Long Beach family. I have never experienced that level of service before at another hotel. Every member of staff I encountered was ALWAYS professional, friendly, polite, smiling and always wanting to make sure you are having an amazing time with zero problems. We had a blissful stay in Long beach resort. The food was amazing and Mr Sohit in Le Merche Restaurant helped us so much in all possible ways since we were travelling with kids.
