We have just had the most beautiful stay at LUX* Belle Mare in Mauritius 🌴✨our second time at this lovely resort and we will be back again. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special. The villa was amazing—spacious, elegant, and perfectly designed for a relaxing holiday. Waking up each morning in such a stunning setting was unforgettable. The food choices were great, with so many delicious options to enjoy every day. Whether it was lunch on the beach or dinner under the stars, every meal felt special. A huge thank you to Mahen and Kumar, our butlers and Girish who looked after us every day on the beach, you are all just the best. They all went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. And the beach… simply the best in the area. Soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and the perfect place to unwind. I couldn’t recommend this place more—an absolute dream destination 💙

Lux Belle Mare delivers the sort of polished, high-end resort experience that is increasingly rare to execute well at scale. Over the course of our stay, it struck a careful balance between operational efficiency and genuine hospitality. The most immediate differentiator is the staff. Service is not merely courteous; it is anticipatory and consistently professional. A particular mention must go to Rohan, whose attentiveness stood out even within an already strong team. His thoughtful gestures—such as offering freshly prepared smoothie samples—felt personal rather than procedural, and contributed meaningfully to the overall experience. The accommodation aligns with the property’s premium positioning. Rooms are notably spacious, with a layout that prioritises both comfort and functionality. Housekeeping standards are exacting: cleanliness is maintained to a high degree throughout, and the finishes and furnishings convey understated luxury rather than excess. Culinary provision is another area of strength. Access to five distinct restaurants ensures both variety and quality, reducing the monotony that can affect longer resort stays. The offering spans multiple cuisines, with consistent execution across venues. In our view, every dish reached standout levels, and the breadth of choice is a clear advantage. The physical environment is equally well managed. The resort maintains rigorous cleanliness across all shared spaces, from the pool areas to the private beach. The latter is particularly well appointed, with seamless access and a steady availability of refreshments, making it easy to spend extended periods by the water without inconvenience. In sum, Lux Belle Mare offers a refined, well-executed resort experience defined by strong service culture, generous accommodation, and thoughtful amenities. It is a property that understands the mechanics of luxury and, more importantly, delivers them consistently.

Everything about our 2 week all inclusive stay was super. We were celebrating our Golden Wedding anniversary while there and the hotel provided some great extras to mark the occasion. The food in all the eating places was superb, from the Royce Street mini airstream serving a delicious selection of street food to the Duck Laundry serving copious amounts of superb Chinese food. The main buffet restaurant Mondo had an excellent selection of various foods from around the world, and Beach Rouge was our place for lunch, if we wanted slightly more than street food. Our Junior suite was huge with furnished balcony, walk-in dressing room and large bathroom with separate bath and shower plus double sinks and separate toilet. Supplies of body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were all in large containers, thankfully not screwed to the walls. The best thing about this hotel, apart from the marvellous location right on the beach and the great food, was the staff………all of them were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were having a great holiday. Special mention for Vinns, Vijay and Nitin in the bars and Dolores in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a luxury break.

Great location . Beautiful spacious and very clean rooms around a tropical garden with inter woven pools on the edge of a wide beach of white coral sand , offering long walks in both directions . Great food to suit all tastes . Peace and calm. Excellent spa. But above all welcoming smiling and helpful staff . We spent nearly three weeks there . A really great break from cold wet English winter.

As a honeymooner who expected 5-star service from LUX* Belle Mare, I am deeply disappointed by their poor communication and rigid service attitude. Due to the Middle East war and flight suspensions, it became physically impossible to reach Mauritius. Despite this emergency, the resort's reservation team showed zero empathy. Their response was extremely slow, and they failed to provide any professional solution for a long-haul traveler facing a 20-hour flight cancellation. The "management team" has been "reviewing" the case for days without any sense of urgency, leaving guests in extreme stress. Offering a "reschedule" to a honeymooner who has already exhausted their vacation is a dismissive and impractical service gesture. If you expect luxury service that supports you during unexpected travel crises, this is not the place. A 5-star resort should be defined by how they treat guests during difficult times, and LUX* Belle Mare has failed miserably in its customer care and professional communication. 럭스 벨레 마르에서 5성급 서비스를 기대했던 신혼여행객으로서, 이들의 형편없는 소통과 경직된 서비스 태도에 깊은 실망을 느꼈습니다. 중동 전쟁과 항공편 중단으로 인해 모리셔스에 도달하는 것이 물리적으로 불가능해졌습니다. 이러한 비상 상황에도 불구하고 리조트 예약팀은 전혀 공감하지 않는 태도를 보였습니다. 대응은 매우 느렸으며, 20시간의 비행이 취소된 장거리 여행객에게 어떠한 전문적인 해결책도 제시하지 못했습니다. '경영진'은 긴박한 상황임에도 며칠째 사건을 '검토'만 하며 고객을 극심한 스트레스 속에 방치하고 있습니다. 이미 휴가를 다 써버린 신혼부부에게 '일정 변경'을 제안하는 것은 무책임하고 비현실적인 서비스 제스처에 불과합니다. 예상치 못한 여행 위기 상황에서 지원해주는 럭셔리 서비스를 기대한다면, 이곳은 적합하지 않습니다. 5성급 리조트는 어려운 시기에 고객을 어떻게 대하는지로 정의되어야 하는데, 럭스 벨레 마르는 고객 케어와 전문적인 소통 측면에서 처참하게 실패했습니다.
