We have just returned home from a short stay at this incredible hotel and can honestly say it was the best hotel experience we have ever had. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The level of attention to detail throughout the hotel is outstanding. Every area was spotless, beautifully maintained and clearly cared for with pride. What really made the stay so special though was the hospitality. The whole team created such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere whilst still delivering service that was attentive, professional and incredibly thoughtful. As we were finishing off our honeymoon, the staff made us feel genuinely special throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Kumar, Mahen and Krissan, who were all absolutely wonderful. Their kindness, friendliness and willingness to help with anything truly made a lasting impression on us. It is rare to stay somewhere that gets absolutely everything right, but this hotel really does. We left feeling relaxed, looked after and already wanting to return. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, from the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail was handled with genuine care and warmth. A heartfelt thank you; to Dolores, Beelur, Gerald from the buffet restaurant for the unforgettable dining experiences. Special appreciation to Ravi, the sous chef, who took into consideration our dinner choice being vegetarian. The service we received was simply outstanding. Mahen, Kumar, and Ganesh made every moment seamless with their attentive butler service, while Suren, the villa manager, ensured everything ran perfectly throughout our stay. At Café Lux, Billal, Krishnen and Yashveer created such a welcoming atmosphere, it quickly became one of our favorite spots. Big shot out to Moustaqeem for this wonderful surprise. Leelesh from Front office was amazing answering to all my queries. A big thank you as well to Elvis PR, and to Nitin & Hitesh at the bar for their friendly energy and great drinks. Doorga and Veeru at Beach Rouge made our beachside moments even more enjoyable, while Rishi, the Beach Supervisor, ensured everything was always just right. Hema from Guest Experience went above and beyond to make our stay special, and Jennifer from Celebrations added a magical touch to our memorable moments. Every single team member contributed to making this trip unforgettable. We leave with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return again. Highly recommended!

From the moment you walk into Lux Belle Mare you are treated to the most beautiful welcome, which will last the duration of your stay. The beach is powder white sand, always clean with clear turquoise waters to step into. The hotel is immaculate, with modern, clean and spacious facilities. The food options are all good. We didn’t visit Amari or Duck Laundry - we didn’t feel a need to as the A La Carte style in Beach Rouge and Mondo were great every lunch and dinner. The Ocean view Junior Suite was very comfortable,m and spacious, with a lovely dressing room and bathroom. Impeccable cleaned daily and a nice touch being the nightly turn down service. It’s the team at Lux that make the stay unbeatable. Every member leaves you with a smile and warmth. Nitin in Mixology was a super host. In Beach Rouge; Bhavna, Julio, Delores, Ravin and Harish were very attentive. In Mondo; Rohan looked after us well. Hema and other members of the management team will regularly walk around and check in with guests about the quality of the stay, the mission really appears to be ensuring we have the most amazing stay.

We had an amazing experience at LUX Belle Mare! Special mentions to Amar, Hitesh, Vijay, Fabien, Hema and Ravin (and many more) we had a memorable stay! We loved every minute of it and all the little care by the LUX Team.
