We had an amazing and truly memorable experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They always went above and beyond to assist us, often even before we had to ask for anything. Every interaction was filled with warmth and genuine hospitality — whether at reception, in the dining area, restaurants, or by the pool. Simply being greeted each day with a smile made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. The spacious rooms, breathtaking views, cleanliness, and attention to detail were all exceptional. Everything — truly everything — felt perfect and exceeded our expectations. We would especially like to thank two outstanding managers who made our stay even more special : Durgesh was always incredibly helpful — assisting us with restaurant reservations, helping us choose meals and drinks, and even going beyond that by guiding us toward the right people to help us organize activities and excursions. His kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. We would also like to thank Jason, who always welcomed us warmly with a lovely smile and made us feel at home. He was especially kind, caring, and wonderful with our child, which meant so much to us as a family. This was honestly a wonderful experience, and we will always remember it fondly. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again in the future.

WOW what amazing trip! We have just returned from getting married at the LUX Grande Gaube. After getting engaged here, 7yrs ago. From start to finish, our trip & wedding were amazing! I can’t thank you all enough. I was very sad to leave! The low people made us laugh everyday, I will miss you all! We had a fantastic week at the lux grand gaube where the staff were so helpful and attentive which really made our holiday extra special. In particular Jevine who went out of his way to assist us when my partner was looking to watch a sporting event. Ravi with his knowledge on the rum experience. Kamal who ensured our room was kept lovely and was extremely helpful. The beach staff from beach rouge ensured we had all we needed. The food in all restaurants was also great. It was exceptional service from all which really made our 1st holiday to Mauritius fabulous and we would definitely recommend this hotel with its 1st class service and look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed here for four nights recently but really didn’t think it was anything special! We went bed and breakfast, which suited us well. But if we wanted to buy anything else like a drink it was super expensive! No ‘extras’ which you would expect from a hotel like this so wouldn’t really recommend
