Awesome .. atmosphere, service .. best spot

Cannot thank all the staff enough for such a fabulous holiday!!! A special thank u to Reedoo the beach manager and his team for looking after us so well during our stay!! Reedoo is such a great guy!! Sunglasses cleaned everyday and a cool box waiting for us!!! Our fav place to eat was in Bodurm and our waitress was fabulous!!! ( so sorry cannot remember her name but there is a picture of her on here). I would Highly recommend this hotel! Sad to home!!!. The beach activities were great and hubby loved the water skiing ! Thanks again!

We had the most amazing family holiday. The Brown Family -- there were 10 of us, over three generations, and we all stayed in Junior Suites. The rooms were to a high standard, clean and very comfortable. The resort was perfect and luxurious, the staff and service were second to none, everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Viresh, Reedoo, Kumar, Chirag, Mahandra, Ansh, Thierry, Rishi, JeanRemy, Alla, Henna, Fredy, Chitan (best barista), Saleel and Purgan for making us feel special. There is a wide choice of restaurants, they were all fantastic and located in different and unique settings. The food was exceptional and delicious. Palm Court holds the best buffet we have ever experienced in an all-inclusive. We dined at Beach Rouge for the Lobster night and enjoyed the experience of Wine Tasting, in Palm Court. We all tried the water sports, which were fun. We also ventured out on the old wooden pirate boat with Captain Tom, who took us on a lovely cruise round to Cap Malheureux, snorkeling and then watched the beautiful sunset - can highly recommend Tom for a trip. The Spa is very nice and peaceful, we also enjoyed playing tennis and padel. Six of us took to a pottery class - there's so much to explore and do there. Would definitely love to return there for another holiday.

We had an amazing birthday dinner at Beach Rouge. From the warm welcome at the entrance to the attentive service throughout the evening, everyone made us feel comfortable and truly valued. Our celebration was made even more special thanks to the dedication and exceptional culinary skills of Chef Deepuck and his team. From the Chutoori family, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire LUX* team for making this birthday such a memorable and wonderful experience. We look forward to visiting again!
