A Truly Extraordinary Experience at LUX Grand Gaube* I cannot thank the team at LUX* Grand Gaube enough for the extraordinary service and care they provided during my stay. As someone who has Celiac disease and must eat strictly gluten-free, dining at a buffet can sometimes be stressful because of the risk of cross-contamination. But the chefs at LUX* Grand Gaube went above and beyond to make sure I felt completely safe and cared for. They came to check on me several times, asked if there was anything I wanted, and even prepared special food for me separately in the kitchen, taking great care to avoid contamination. What touched me most was Krishna the owner’s personal attention. He came to check on me himself, which immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. He even personally served me dessert, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. We also had the pleasure of tasting the lychee wine, personally shared with my husband and me by the owner. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture and made the evening even more special. The level of hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail was truly exceptional. I felt not only welcomed, but genuinely cared for. Thank you to the entire team at LUX Grand Gaube for making my dining experience so special. Your kindness and extraordinary service will stay with me for a long time. ❤️

Our stay at LUX Grand Gaube was wonderful and will remain in our memories for a long time. We especially loved the dreamlike location right by the sea, the beautifully maintained grounds, the excellent cuisine, and the relaxed yet stylish atmosphere of this resort. We were delighted by the wide variety of experiences available, including a snorkelling excursion arranged through the hotel in the crystal-clear sea, the excellent buffet, the different restaurants such as the atmospheric Creole Smokehouse, and the unique rum tasting with Ravi in the Rum Treehouse. He guided us through the tasting with great expertise and genuine passion. The hotel’s own cinema was also a wonderful and original addition to an already exceptional holiday. What truly makes LUX Grand Gaube so special, however, is its warm and attentive team, including Mr Jeanremy at reception. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and personally cared for. A very special thank you goes to Mr Kunal (Night Manager), who was extremely helpful and attentive when my wife was briefly feeling unwell. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mauritius. It is a little paradise in a beautiful setting, with wonderfully welcoming people. Thank you to the entire Grand Gaube team , you made our holiday truly special, and we would be very happy to return.

Since am a coffee lover, i seized the opportunity to have a barista class with tisha which turn out to be the funniest and most amazing experience of my stay. She is the best and explained so much well during the barista session. I will never forget this memorable experience with tisha

A huge thanks goes to tisha the pretty girl from the coffee bar. She was so so amazing i ended my days just drinking my coffees and having conservations with her. She literally makes the best coffee , frappes guys. Overall a memorable stay and thanks to all of the staffs working.

We had a wonderful time at the *LUX Grand Gaube in Mauritius, the hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. You feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The food was very tasty and the variety at the main restaurant was perfect for breakfast and dinner. The other restaurants on site are marvellous, Bodrum Blue the Creole Smokehouse and Inti are outstanding. The ‚Message in a bottle‘ is a nice feature of the hotel, where you can find bottles around the hotel early morning and you can trade them for various vouchers … the best is the family movie show. The hotel staff is amazing, they all help making your stay a great experience; to mention a few that stood out:Karan and Varun at Bodrum Blue, Rouba and Marie at the Palm Court, Mehandra and Ricardo at the Palm Court and the Creole Smokehouse, Yuslin who looked after our rooms, Henna at the Palm Court and Gelato, Ansh and Veen at the Adult Beach, and last but not least Jevin and Giany, who really helped out whenever needed and gave great suggestions what to do. The island has so much to offer, hiking, sailing trips, forest trips, visiting the villages and towns. And it was great to return to the lovely *LUX Grand Gaube to relax after a busy day out. A place we will definitely return to. Thanks to the whole team making our stay very special.
