LUX* Grand Gaube

When deciding on a holiday this year, and having had an amazing time at Lux Grand Gaube before, it was an easy decision and we were so glad we returned. The staff were as attentive as ever, the food excellent, and the room (Ocean Junior Suite) was outstanding with great views from the balcony. Evening entertainment at Palm Court bar was great fun and a nice way to finish off the chilling days, as well as starting everyday there at the restaurant for a buffet style breakfast that had everything you could possibly want. Thanks to Koushal, Angellica and Alia for your great service and also Romario and Ricardo from the Smoke House. Our return was made even more memorable by seeing some familiar faces: Elena (Reception), Veemal (Cafe Rouge) and a special mention to Ashwan (Creole Smoke House) and Dhiksha (Bodrum Blue), who made us feel so welcome and brightened our days with their attention to detail and friendliness. Throw in the glass bottomed boat, some snorkelling on the reef, first attempt at paddle boarding and cinema on the beach and you've got a pretty special holiday. All the staff work so hard and should be rewarded for a top notch resort experience. Hope to come back and see you all again soon.

Another wonderful trip to the Lux Absolutely love this place - laid back luxury at its best . We have stayed at most of them but the GG will always remain my favourite because of the wonderful atmosphere the staff create - we were welcomed back like old friends - Rooms/housekeeping/ food /spa / gym etc all as wonderful as ever . If I had to make a suggestion I think more food offerings at lunchtime especially -are needed as it gets repetitive if staying longer than a week ( a taco truck or maybe just a curry or pasta station open in the palm would make a massive difference . The beaches and pool service are second to none huge and grateful thanks to the wonderful Reedoo who’s service / help and lovely little touches is one of the reasons we return . From creating personalised cool boxes / cocktails/ beach toys and treating everyone like a VIP - he really does add to the magic of the Lux . I would also like to point out the wonderful Maria and Rouba for treating me like a princess every morning and as always huge thanks to the wonderful, attentive Sarah. Ashwan,Ricardo ,Nund and Viresh for making us feel so welcome again. If you get the chance go to Inti - what a brilliant restaurant- food/service and presentation are better than many of the Michelin Star restaurants I have visited Yasser and his staff have created a truly remarkable experience and it was the stand out moment of the holiday - thankyou . All in all another fantastic stay - which is 100% down to the staff in the restaurants /beaches/bar/spa ( we had no real contact with any members of higher management as everything was fabulous) who treat the place as if it’s their own business -and you as if you are family - .. it’s not called the lux for nothing !!!!

Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. Sand, sun and a great view over the sea. In the bar you can get the best coffee from Chetan. Rishi at the restaurant was great The resort manager Mr. Giany was amazing, Yasser at breakfast Sarah at beach rouge were also amazing. Thank you all for taking care of us

Lovely Hotel with a nice View at the beach. Spend a lot of time reading at the Adult beach. Nicest Barista i have ever met Chetan. I loved the shot in the dark, makes every evening relaxing. He is really a great guy to talk with he listens every details you said and put it in a cup for you. Jistes at the main bar thank you so much for the nice service. Jon at the buffet was taking good care of us. Thank a lot will definitely come back

Beautiful hotel, the staff are amazing especially Cretan in Cafe Lux, he is so friendly and makes the best coffee , he is always smiling . The restaurant is very good especially the buffet. Lovely staff
