Riu Palace Mauritius

Our stay at RIU Palace was truly wonderful. The name says “Palace,” and it really does feel like one from the moment you arrive. The food was absolutely delicious, with so much variety and great quality. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Everything made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. A beautiful experience that we would happily recommend! ❤️

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days just to change scenery and relax without traveling far from home. For locals, it is a perfect weekend staycation. The grounds are clean, the pool is great, and the rooms are very quiet. Check-in was fast and smooth. The total all-inclusive option was totally worth it, with fresh food, good coffee, and great drinks at the bar. The only small issue was parking on Friday evening. It took a few minutes to find a free space because the hotel parking lot was completely full. A special thanks to manager Zahid for being super helpful and paying attention to every detail. He really made our stay special. Overall, everything was great. Perfect place to unwind, and I will definitely come back soon.

Riu Palace Mauritius — My Review We absolutely loved our stay at Riu Palace Mauritius! From the moment we arrived, we had such a lovely experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained, and we genuinely had no issues during our stay. One of our favourite things about the hotel was the four restaurants,We loved having the variety and being able to choose something different each time. We actually ate at the Asian restaurant twice, because we enjoyed it so much! We also ate at the steakhouse, and honestly, the food was absolutely delicious — I wish we could have eaten there one more time! The food overall was excellent, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. The staff were absolutely brilliant. A special shout-out to Oceane, Kamal Bryce,Solomon,Jaron and Joy from the kitchen area ohh and the lady from The beach towel area — they were so friendly, welcoming and attentive. They really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful people and a real credit to the hotel! The only downside for us was that the hotel beach was very windy during our stay. However, we discovered that the St Regis Le Morne hotel was right next door, and we were able to walk over and enjoy the beach in front of that hotel, which we personally found much nicer and more sheltered than the Riu beach. This worked perfectly for us and didn't take away from our overall experience. We also found that the excursions offered through Summertime were quite expensive compared with some of the external companies, so it's worth shopping around before booking your trips. Apart from those two minor points, we had an amazing stay at Riu Palace Mauritius. The hotel, food, restaurants, cleanliness and especially the staff were all fantastic. We had such a beautiful time and would definitely consider returning. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️🇲🇺🌴

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riu Palace Mauritius. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is incredible, and everything is very well organised. However, what we will remember most about our stay is, without a doubt, the people who work there. The staff in the restaurants and buffet were always incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. We would especially like to mention Mana and Esther, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They were always attentive to our arrival, greeted us with a smile, remembered us, and were constantly checking if we needed anything. Their warmth and genuine kindness made us feel truly looked after. It may seem like a small thing, but being welcomed every day by people who remember you and are genuinely happy to see you makes such a difference. Mana and Esther were not only professional, but also incredibly thoughtful and caring. Their attention to detail and the way they treated us made us feel more like guests than simply customers. We would also like to thank all the other members of the restaurant and buffet teams, who were always friendly, polite and willing to help. Every interaction was pleasant, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about providing a good experience. The Riu Palace is undoubtedly a beautiful hotel, but if we had to say what would make us come back, it would be the people. The kindness, warmth, delicacy and genuine hospitality of the staff made our stay even more special. A special thank you to Mana and Esther for making us feel so welcome and for taking such good care of us. We will remember their smiles and kindness long after leaving Mauritius. We truly hope to see them again one day.

Room Number : 5147 We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food was very good, with a great variety and delicious flavours. We especially enjoyed the birthday cake, which was absolutely delicious and made the celebration even more special. 🎂✨ We would also like to give a special thank you to Oceane from the animation team. She is such a nice and kind person, always there to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Her good mood, positive energy, and beautiful smile really made our stay even more enjoyable. 😊 The service was lovely, and we really appreciated the effort everyone made to make our stay special.
