We were amazed top i enjoyed my stay ...Sahil reception, rishab bar, vinod food and beverage manager they helped us load

Everything at the the hotel was just lovely and we had a spectacular time. Food was great, staff was friendly, loved the selfservice drinks machines everywhere. Our room was situated closely to the second pool which was fantastic and we had a see view. My children didn't want to leave. Thanks Riu Turquiose.

Staff were very good. Family room size was good, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the AC was also poor / potentially broken (tried to get it fixed but didnt really help). Major negative was the kids pool being closed. Its been closed for a month but they didnt advertise this, which was a shame as we only picked this for our 2nd part of our holiday because of the slides. To the credit of the reception staff he did offer late check out but it was disappointing as had i known we wouldnt have booked. So its incredibly misleading. Food was alright, meat was quite fatty so not ideal. Worst thing was the bed, 1 of ours kids bed broke and the mattress was borderline unbearable. We stayed for 4/5 nights and frankly my back couldn’t of lasted any more nights. For the price, i wouldnt really recommend it.

We hade a nice holiday at RIU Turquoise. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was very good. Our room hade a nice view and it was perfect with two bedrooms. Unfortunately the RIULand water section was broken during our stay.

Best experience at the place during our stay, very friendly staff and helpful. We had some request regarding food which was understood and dealt with nicely, I dont have any complaints the room was clean and tidy. Special thanks to reception staff Sahil and Danish who made our stay pleasant. Thank you for making our holiday memorable.
