Riu Turquoise

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel and the moment we arrived the welcoming from Mr YASSIN at the reception made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat. The bar offered a great atmosphere with excellent drinks to enjoy. A special highlight was the talented barman Mr Hans who prepared all the delicious cocktail with love and professionalism ... restaurant show was lively and engaging, The food throughout the hotel was delicious and thoughtfully prepared thanks to all the chef. The pastry impressed us with exquisite desserts. The hotel amenities were comprehensive, adding to a truly enjoyable and pleasant STAY. WE are planning to go again next week to enjoy more and more❤️💯💯

I had an amazing stay at Riu Turquoise. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very modern. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. I really enjoyed the food, swimming pools, and beach activities. The atmosphere was relaxing and fun. I highly recommend this hotel for holidays in Mauritius.

I had an amazing stay at RIU Turquoise and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday experience. A big thank you to Christopher and the whole animation team for providing the best entertainment ever, both during the day and at night. Every activity was fun, energetic, and made the stay even more memorable. Special thanks as well to Mr Zaheed, the Assistant Director of RIU Turquoise, for all his efforts and professionalism throughout our stay. The entire crew, from check-in to check-out, was incredible and always welcoming. The hotel was consistently clean, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the rooms were cozy and very well maintained. All services were excellent including the restaurants, spa, pool, bars, and overall hospitality. It is definitely value for money, and I will absolutely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

The whole experience was ruined on the last day by a lawn mower that started mowing at 8 a.m. outside our window, when we wanted to get a good night's sleep before our overnight flight. 8 a.m. is very early for noisy work!!!!!

Excellent in general for the food, drinks and facilities. However theme restaurants like the steak house and indian resto are not accessible at all ! Riu App not working to book online and when you pass by the restaurants, it is not completely full but staff tells you its full ! so dont know how that works.
