Very welcoming and helpful staff food very nice lots to choose from rooms kept well stunning scenery lovely beaches

We were very happy with the great vacation we had, it was our babymoon and everything went perfectly! We enjoyed the service, especially from Aarushi. And the food and service was also very great from Chef Raj and Ghislain. They helped us with advice and food preparation because I am pregnant. Overall a good hotel and we will surely come back again!

We were unable to do any booking in the restaurants. No clear explanations were given. Reception saying same were booked for clients staying for long periods— two weeks. No luggage service. We got to pull our luggage to the rooms. At the bar doing your drink reluctantly as we were locals compared to foreigners. Very disappointed.

We spent a great time at the hotel. The room was very nice and clean and even had a simple yet elegant deco for my wedding anniversary. The food was delicious. Although I made the check in online, I had to redo it at the reception. Waste of time!

It is such a pity to not give this hotel a great review. The food was fantastic! The rooms great and the staff very friendly. The sports bar was open 24/7 for drinks / snacks and coffee, that we enjoyed. It was a bit windy, but not that it could keep us off the beach and out of the pool. The entertainment around the pool was very good. Also the kid's show every evening. BUT, the main attraction for us was the kids pool. It is advertised everywhere with its water slides and great reviews. As we arrived we were notified that the pool had an issue and had to be closed. No-one could tell us what the issue is and how long it will take to repair. The more time we spent there the more it became clear that it is closed for maintenance. So many families where frustrated as this was the reason we came over and a lot of cost involved to get to the hotel. A planned period could have been given and customers notified before booking. Also regarding the watersport. We could not book trips with the hotel. There was always an excuse on the tides and availability. So they can definitely up their excursion department. Furthermore the watersports available could not be used. Either due to wind or low tides. No alternatives offered. No rowing and no pedal boating. So we only had the pool available.
