Riu Turquoise

Several times i went to Riu, but this time i was upset. We need to complain several as we were not getting hot water and we have a kid with us. After complaining someone came to check after some time we got hot water but again stop getting hot water. We called around 4-5 times even though walk to the reception to complain. Unfortunately hot water was only temporary. Feel disappointed.

Hello... this is our second time stay at the hotel. we are very pleased overall, from start to the end. the atmosphere is very pleasant and staff members are very friendly, everyone from the higher level to the lower ones, everyone was very helpful and friendly and warm. we felt very welcomed and at ease. our room was well set, facilities top level, cleanliness at its peak always. we slept more soundly than in our own home to be honest, not a single noise, not even when there are night events or when there is music around the noisy zones, we did not hear anything from our room. Everything is well set and provides ease during our stay. Outside always very clean, grasses well trimmed, outside maintenance perfectly done, beach front clean, swimming pool areas very clean, restaurants high maintenance, they always cleaning every table every seat, changing every dirty napkins or sheets or whatever, high level of hygiene inside and outside, they make sure everything is set to give us comfort. A five level rating is very low for me, I would totally give 20/5 for their standards. We will definitely go again and again and we were very sad to leave. We talked to our friends and surroundings about the hotel and its accomodation and everything. Everyone is very nice and helpful, they always do their best to help us or provide any kind of comfort. Outstanding maintenance. One of the best. Keep it up team.

Had there a very good time. Hotel is clean, very beautiful with the Mountain in the back of it and the staff is really friendly. Espacially the Entertainment for Kids. The Animation crew was so nice and friendly and made everyday a good day. Ahja and dont forget Calu 👍 Only thing annoying is the huge amount of kite surfers, which Surf everywhere , even 30cm to the beach so u dont feel really Safe bathing there and the Full beach and view is full of Dragons, what was quite disturbing.

My family and I stayed at RIU Turquoise Hotel from 12.06.2026 to 14.06.2026, and I would like to share our overall experience. This was our first stay at the hotel, and we were very impressed. The check-in process was in a rush as their was a lot of check- in at the same time. Special thanks to Mr. Drau at Reception, who was kind, professional, and explained all the hotel facilities very well. We would also like to thank Martins, the porter, who was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. At the Lagoon Bar, special thanks to Kevin and his colleagues (sorry, I cannot remember their names) for their excellent service and friendliness. A special mention goes to Rakesh, the Indian gentleman at the Lagoon Pool Bar, who was extremely kind, friendly, efficient, and provided superb service throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Christopher and his team at La Gaulette Restaurant for their excellent hospitality. Special thanks to Juliette, the Nigerian lady one working on morning and the other one on evening shifts, who was very welcoming and provided outstanding service. We would also like to recognize Komal, the Indian lady from Punjab, who was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We received excellent service from her. The food at the buffet was delicious, with a great variety of choices. Everything was replenished quickly, and the quality and taste of the food were excellent. We would also like to thank the Indian lady at the Ramen soup station during lunch, who was very kind and pleasant. The entertainment team did a fantastic job. The two gentlemen leading the aqua gym sessions created a fun atmosphere and made everyone feel comfortable and engaged. Although I do not know their names, they were very entertaining and contributed greatly to our enjoyment. We also thoroughly enjoyed at Sega, the White Party, which was very well organized. The live DJ music created a fantastic atmosphere and made the evenings even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at RIU Turquoise. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday memorable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay. We will definitely be back again and again!
