What a beautiful hotel. The food was amazing, the menu was big enough to try something new every day. Staff are very friendly and hospitable. They host activities like yoga, stretch, art and food classes. Rooms are lovely, beds and pillows very comfortable. There are no TVs but you dont miss it. The views from the rooms are so beautiful. Large pool, warm water. It is about an hour from the airport. Probably a quieter location than north side, but the beaches are stunning on the east coast.

A dream!! 100% worth it. From the welcome drink, the menu for the lunch, the restaurant, the quality of food, the attention and kindness of all the team, the spectaculaire room ( clean, cozy, big, the view, the bathroom, ...), the beach, the activities,.... What else? Just pefection for our honey moon. We really appreciated the little attentions for this celebration. This is not just a hotel. This is a unique concept. All is eco, smart, homemade, luxious. Per-fec-,tion!!! ✨✨✨✨✨

I had a truly wonderful stay at SALT of Palmar. The hotel has a calm & stylish atmosphere & the attention to detail throughout made it feel very special. It was also refreshing to enjoy the peaceful, adults only environment — a real treat to relax without the usual noise & bustle. Id like to say a special heartfelt thanks to Rishi, who went above & beyond to help me resolve an unexpected issue with my car rental. His kindness, patience & willingness to assist made a stressful situation so much easier, it really reflects the exceptional level of care as I t’s the people who make a place memorable, Rishi & ALL his team are a real credit to the hotel, I will DEFINITELY be returning…… Thank you ☀️🕶️🌴✨

My husband and I had the pleasure and privilege to stay at Salt of Palmar for 10 nights (2-12 April 2026). Our transfer from the airport was professional and seamless. We were warmly greeted at the entrance of the hotel and were seated in the cosy library. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room (101) on the ground floor was more than adequate in terms of size. The room was tastefully decorated and furnished. We also enjoyed the huge shower. The view on our balcony through the garden of the swimming pool and ocean was breathtaking. The ambiance throughout the hotel intimate, peaceful, quiet and romantic. We were on the all inclusive dining plan (selected drinks included) and this was excellent value for money. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dinner A la Carte menus. Every dish was prepared with love and passion and care and bursting with flavor. The food was also beautifully presented. We also enjoyed the Mauritian themed dinners (Fridays) immensely. Easter Sunday dinner was a delightful surprise. The tables in the Good kitchen were beautifully decorated in the spirit of Easter. We could clearly see the dedication of staff members whom lovingly created a very special evening. We want to extend our gratitude to Chef Shiva and the entire culinary team. Each and every staff member's dedication to serve guests with genuine friendliness and care was evident throughout the day. The whole team operated like a well oiled machine. We received complimentary hand massages at the pool area by the friendly Spa Therapists which was simply magical. I also had my hair blow dried at the Spa. The therapist had a hart of gold and it was a real treat and very relaxing. We had the privilege to have dinner at Tek Tek with chef Ravi on our last evening. The ambiance was extremely intimate and a once in a lifetime, memorable experience. Each dish was exquisite and the presentation pure artwork. (See my Tek Tek review). We would like to thank each and every staff member from the bottom of our hearts for effortlessly contributing to our memorable holiday. PS; The view from the bathroom window in the WC at the swimming pool is postcard perfect.
