The team was always available to answer questions, accommodate special requests, and ensure our guests had everything they needed throughout their stay. They played a huge role in making our wedding weekend stress-free and memorable, and we’re incredibly grateful for their outstanding service. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or hosting a large celebration like a wedding, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Everything was so beautiful there and the service was spectacular. Rishi the manager went out of his way to make sure everything was amazing and he accomplished that. We signed up for the breakfast daily and it didn’t disappoint. The breakfast isn’t a buffet style, and you order as you would at a restaurant and the food was actually real food they handmade and so fresh. I can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you again Rishi for making our trip run so smoothly and making sure we all had a good time. All the staff there was excellent as well, willing to help with anything we needed.

What a beautiful place to stay We had a room right on the beach “bang on the beach” The staff here go above and beyond for you Nikita was wonderful as do were every single member of staff Very relaxing the food wow and the head chef an absolute diamond He made me crème brûlée just for me delicious Everybody just wants it to be perfect for you I needed a fridge ( rooms don’t have ) fir my medication there was one put in for me There’s no tv in room but they do have radio The manager sorry I didn’t catch his name he was always on hand to make your stay as perfect as he could Nothing but sea sand and relaxation

If I could rate this hotel a 10* I would! From first arrival up until now (leaving today :() the service has been amazing. The staff cannot do enough for you and they make you feel so welcome. I was lucky enough to have a bang on the beach room and just wow! Super comfortable bed, fantastic shower and all the the things you really need. Including an unreal view. I chose the all-inclusive option and this was great! A huge selection of drinks and food. There are some that are at an additional cost but if you are on a plan already, you get a discount. Dinner at Tek Tek is a must. It is an additional cost but completely worth it. I opted to have a 90 minute massage and it was the best I’ve ever had! Pushpa thank you for a great birthday experience. A massive thank you to Yogesh and Heeroo serving on the beach - thank you for making sure I always had a cocktail at all times! Salt of Palmar thank you so much - I have booked to return in November and cannot wait to come back for a Ti Punch :)
