We had a wonderful family stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. A big thanks to Miss vanista for her outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.And also big thanks to Mr yanish and Mrs jeshna the resto manager who made my wife birthday unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back. Overall, Tamassa Bel Ombre exceeded our expectations. Our stay at Tamassa Resort was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. At Playa, Jeshna provided outstanding service with such kindness and professionalism. it was truly a pleasure being served by her. At Show Restaurant, Pravesh went above and beyond by beautifully decorating a table for us, making the celebration even more memorable. Teesha from the pastry team was incredibly warm and friendly, while Nilesh from the room service team looked after my family with genuine care throughout our stay. A special mention also goes to Chef Suraj, whose delicious food and passion for his craft made every meal unforgettable. Yanish, the Restaurant Manager, ensured that everything ran perfectly and frequently checked that we were enjoying our experience.Akilesh,the bar manager was very helpful and he make some amazing cocktails. We would also like to thank Siven, who took the time to meet us several times during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. His dedication to guest satisfaction was greatly appreciated. Last but certainly not least, the most amazing person we met was Yuvna. She is truly the best professional, attentive, caring, and incredibly dedicated. From the moment we booked until our departure, she made sure every detail of my wife's birthday celebration was perfect. Her exceptional service and personal attention made our stay unforgettable. Came for a day package! Atmosphere was very peaceful. The staff were lovely and friendly. The buffet food however was atrocious! There was hardly any variety or any food for that matter! It was a let down. Especially for kids as well. Not really value for money!
