Tamassa Bel Ombre, Mauritius

Our stay at Tamassa Hotel last month was absolutely wonderful. The beautiful surroundings, warm hospitality, delicious food, and relaxing atmosphere made it a truly memorable experience. We would also like to give a special mention to the handsome bellboy, Reevalen, who kindly carried our heavy bags with a smile and was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout. His excellent service made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you to the entire Tamassa team for such an amazing stay we look forward to visiting again!

Our family of six adults & one baby stayed @ Tamassa for nine nights. The staff were extremely friendly , accommodating & helpful, the buffets were amazing & the resort was beautiful. We found that everyone was always prepared to go out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. We all loved it & would definitely stay there again.

Tamassa has always been one of my get away plan. From the moment we walked in,the staffs made sure the whole process goes smoothly ensuring we felt comfortable. Customer service was top notch they were very friendly. Jigisha Ishna darshini and not to forget Nishaad for their great help from reservation to check in out they had been here for us. The breakfast luch and dinner was amazing a big thanks to the Chef and Altaaf for providing us the best service.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Tamassa Hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were enjoyable, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The food was decent. While it wasn’t outstanding, there was a good variety, and we were generally satisfied with the meals. A special mention goes to one of the staff members with a moustache, who provided exceptional service. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really stood out and made our experience even better. The only issue we encountered was with the room door locks. My family booked more than five rooms, and several of us experienced problems unlocking or accessing our rooms. It seemed to be a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident, so we hope the hotel addresses it. Despite this inconvenience, we had an enjoyable stay overall and would consider returning if the door lock issue is resolved.

We chose this resort to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences for our family. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everyone was incredibly warm, helpful, and always available with a smile. The team thoughtfully arranged everything we had requested, surprised us with a beautiful beach-view room, and ensured every little detail was taken care of. Their hospitality truly exceeded our expectations and made our celebration even more meaningful. As this was our very first stay at a resort, they set the bar exceptionally high. We returned home with unforgettable memories that we will cherish forever. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our daughter's first birthday so special. We can't wait to visit again and will gladly recommend this beautiful resort to our family and friends!
