Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – An Unforgettable Experience! I cannot recommend Ravenalla Hotel enough! From start to finish, our experience was absolutely flawless. The hotel’s location is perfect and very easy to access, but it is the people and the atmosphere that truly set it apart. We received such a wonderful, warm welcome upon arrival. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and hospitable. A special shout-out to Mr. Seam, Mr. Azagen, and Kevissen at the bar for their exceptional service and for making us feel so valued throughout our stay. Thank you to all staffs from barmen to waiters and the housekeeping staff for their remarkable work. The culinary experience was marvelous! As a fan of vegetarian and seafood food, I was blown away by the variety and the quality—the veg and non options are simply outstanding. The hotel maintains a beautiful, calm, and family-friendly atmosphere that allowed us to truly relax. The entertainment was superb and exceptionally well-organized. We especially loved the after-party—it was absolutely awesome and added such a fun energy to our stay! We also had a fantastic time with the Boathouse team, who made our moments on the water so enjoyable. This hotel offers incredible value for money. A nice peaceful hotel with delicious food and wonderful staff. Everyone from reception, the bar, and the restaurant was so attentive and caring. The spa was a highlight—Sheena and Samantha gave us a wonderful massage, and the Spa Manager, Sylvana, was amazing with her warm welcome and attention to detail.

Lovely hotel and location. The whole team at the hotel and beach were great. Cushal (food & beverage manager) was very welcoming and helpful. His team did a great job keeping us fed and watered lol. Special thanks go to Angelica at the bar, who was the best - always going above and beyond. The Spa was such a treat - Samantha and Isabelle gave such good massages... we are going to drift home at the end of our lovely holiday! The Maritim dive centre, located next door, was very professional but relaxed. Great diving!

We stayed at the Ravenala for 7 nights for our anniversary. We had booked a package so we could renew our vows. Vanisha was our contact gor this and she was very attentive once we met. The day of our renewal was lovely, all the details were taken care of we just had to turn up. Over all the food at the hotels restaurants was very good with good variety. There were some disappointments to start with, the hotel didn't quite meet our expectations. Our room was tired decor wise but mostly clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
