The service culture at Ravenala Attitude is truly remarkable. The care, passion, and dedication shown every day are evident in the commitment of the entire team. From the chefs, waiters, bartenders, pool attendants, and housekeeping staff, everyone contributes to delivering an exceptional guest experience. A special commendation to Mr. Seam for leading by example and inspiring his team to maintain such high standards of service excellence. ​We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Everything from start to finish was perfect. ​The Room & Ambience ​Our room was absolutely perfect, offering both complete privacy and a breathtaking sea view. It was the ideal setup to relax and unwind. ​Exceptional Hospitality & Service ​What truly made our stay standout was the incredible staff. The level of service here is top-notch: ​Reception: We received a very warm and nice welcome from Mr. Rohan and his team. They immediately took care of our baggage, and treated us with great respect from the moment we arrived. ​The Pool Bar: Mr. Dip at the pool bar was fantastic, serving up delicious cocktails incredibly fast. ​The O Bar: Mrs. Rajini was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome during our evening drinks. ​The Dining Experience: Mr. Seam looked after us exceptionally well throughout our entire stay, checking in regularly to ensure we always had tasty food and a great dining experience. Entertainment: The Sega night was amazing, featuring a fantastic ambiance and wonderful music that really brought the evening to life.

Where can I start? This hotel is absolutely fantastic, with a staff to match. We were treated like royalty by them from the minute we were picked up at the airport to the minute we stepped back into the airport to come home. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were excellent, the food was amazing - we tried every restaurant - and all of them multiple times! Our room was large, airy and with a balcony literally overlooking the sea (and with a rocking chair!) - who could want for anything more? Every single member of staff was so helpful, polite, and friendly (even when just passing you going about their buisness) - always asking if we were OK, having a good time, any help needed, etc. This was a first class holiday indeed. We tried to get down as many names as we could have the staff that particularly looked after us, but inevitably we will have missed some (be assured every member of staff was brilliant!!) - Yovina, Sven, Kishan (our beach man - Mr Moustache), Mozahir (Mr Silver man), Rajiu (Pool bar manager) and all his staff, Raja, Shivam and all the Staff in Madame Ming and Kot Nou Restaurants, all the Staff in the Riviera Restaurant, Kushal (Dr Dolittle), Rajini, Kumani, Fardeen and Roma in Reception Thankyou so much to all of you for making this one of the best and most happiest holidays we've had. Well impressed!!!!
