The Ravenala Attitude

A great hotel to go and relax at and still keep active. The option of different restaurant experiences is great. The all in/all out option is the way to go if you love drinks and food throughout the day, just less worry about what the bill will be at the end of the stay. Hotel feels very secluded and private. Really worth it and exceeded expectations going to this hotel.

Incredible beach and water sports access. The rooms are huge with everything perfectly maintained. The staff are exceptional (Ashik, Abhi, Purnima, Krishna, Raja,Vickram, Priyanshu,Kumari ) were outstanding. The food was divine and catered for everyone. From buffet to specialty restaurants and fine dining. The night entertainment had us dancing the night away even if there were only 4 people. The DJ was amazing and played our requests. The beach and resort were spotless. Not a single person was rude. They all smile and nothing is a problem. The spa was wonderful. One of my best vacations. Spent most of our day in the water sipping cocktails. There’s about 6 swimming pools so you never feel the crowd. Children are welcome and spoilt for choice as well. Thank You Ravenala Attitude. We have just had two weeks here. The staff here are absolutely amazing! Everyone has a smile for you, and I mean everyone. From bar staff to gardeners, they are so lovely and cannot do enough for you. When you visit the hotel beach, if you’re lucky you will see Kashim (twirly moustache). He is pure joy, efficient, incredibly kind and very helpful. Also, Angelica in the main bar, a beautiful smile greets you, she is a little sweetheart. I’ve singled out two people here but truthfully, they are all great. We met Kashul virtually daily. His pride in the hotel is obvious and he’s at hand if ever you need him. Food is good and plentiful, entertainment and sport facilities really good. We would gladly come back 😊

Would not recommend booking there😕 too many issues. Will update later if actions are taken to remedy the unpleasant trip.
