A very welcoming moment from all the staffs, from their good morning gestures, granting style till the end of the day, they were amazingly nice & supportive. It has a beautiful room and environment, very peaceful. The sunset view, the harbour view and the hotel location were a wonder. The whole stay bring high value and memorable situation to us. The kids were delighted with the activities, kids corners and different games. Mostly, as usual, the swimming pool. A warm thanks to the whole staff, especially the Manager Pradeep, Mr. Avinesh, Ms. Dristy, Drishty , Chef Attaphone, Mrs. Kavita.

We had a wonderful honeymoon at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa, Mauritius. The resort is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to the Concierge Team, especially Anas Jhouree, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and memorable, and we truly appreciated his kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Mauritius and would happily recommend it. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the Smart TV, large bathroom, and well-equipped room. A special thank you to Kamini, who looked after our room so well every day. She ensured everything was cleaned to a high standard, provided fresh towels and bed linen, and kept the minibar stocked. Her attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Anas, the Chief Concierge, for his outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome. He kindly took us on a buggy tour of the hotel, which was very helpful as the resort is so large. He also arranged our à la carte restaurant bookings and was always happy to assist, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The pool was always clean and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the complimentary water activities, and the lady at the water sports centre was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Finally, every member of staff we encountered was polite, professional, and welcoming. The excellent service and warm hospitality truly made our holiday memorable.

Just back from Westin Turtle Bay and JT was brilliant family holiday. Huge thanks to Sanjeeva (Rooms) and Vikish (F&B) we flagged a couple of small things and they sorted it instantly. Food was excellent everywhere Kangan, Fusion, Mystique, Beach Club all very good. Service was also good. Alvin, Shahil, Levi and Ravi were all amazing, but Rajeev at the Whisper Pool was outstanding, every single day he went above and beyond. Great holiday!

We just got back from our stay at this resort and honestly, it was an absolutely brilliant holiday. My wife and I had a fantastic time, and our four adult kids loved every minute of it too. Overall we’re all really delighted with the whole experience and want to give a massive shout-out to the amazing team who made it so special for us. A huge thank you especially to Sanjeeva (EAM Rooms) and Vikish (E&M F&B). When I mentioned a couple of things to them, they really listened, took it on board straight away, and sorted everything out brilliantly. Their proactive attitude turned things around and made sure we had a perfect stay from then on. You can tell they genuinely care. The restaurants were another highlight. The chefs at Kangan, Fusion, Mystique, and the Beach Club were outstanding — every meal was excellent. The flavours, presentation, creativity and variety were all top-class. We ate incredibly well throughout the trip and the service alongside the food was very good too. We were lucky to be looked after by so many lovely staff members. Special mentions go to Alvin (F&B Service Manager), Shahil at the Whisper Pool, Levi at the Beach Club, and Ravi the sommelier. But Rajeev at the Whisper Pool really stood out for us — his service was exceptional every single day. He was so attentive, thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He made a big difference to our holiday. Our housekeeper Rozia was also wonderful. She kept the room spotless and always with such a warm, friendly touch that it genuinely felt like home. It’s true that sometimes little things can go wrong on holiday, but it’s how the team responds that really sets a place apart. And this team responded brilliantly. We’d highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting a proper luxury family holiday with excellent service. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our family trip so memorable!
