A very nice welcome with wonderful staffs.Mr Jameel has always been a support since our last visit in December 2025.Due to his execellent service we came again and this time Mr Jameel was much more beyond our expectation.Always attentive and focus on clients satisfaction. We were guests of the Le Meridien (another Bonvoy property) and were informed that we could do a day trip to the Westin Turtle Bay when we inquired about reciprocal arrangements. When I asked our hotel to set up a visit to the Westin, I was informed that the Westin did not have room for us. I am a travel industry professional and a Bonvoy Platinum member, so I was very surprised at the negative response to our request. When I checked travel sights, I could see that the Westin was more than 10% vacant. We decided to visit the Oberoi, which is across Turtle Bay from the Westin, and were treated like royalty, even thought not guests and no status. Through our binoculars, we could see that most of the beach chairs were empty. Stay at the Le Meridien.
We went for our first family holiday with our six month old baby. The room was brilliant for a baby. It was spacious, had a good cot and baby amenities (nappy bin, bottle steriliser, microwave, bay bath etc). It was a great place to stay with a baby as there were plenty of stree-free activities for both parents and baby. The staff were really friendly and all went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. For example Joanne from the front desk got us a special cake to celebrate our baby reaching six months. The staff in the bars and restaurants also went above and beyond. For example Ainesh treated us to a private rum tasting in the very cool retreat bar. The team at the kangan Indian restaurant made us a special off-menu meal for our final night.
