The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa Mauritius

We were there last month to celebrate our 50th anniversary. From arriving till we left, everyone made us feel special. Special thanks to Pradeep and his team for surprise at dinner for our anniversary. Also thank you to Riya, Alvin, Dravish, Navraaj, Dev, Lalini, Aarti, Downraj, Sanjeeva, Mithi and Rohit who made excellent Uttapam and Suraj at boat house and our glass bottom boat captain, was exemplary, had a lot of knowledge and was very concise whilst in charge of our trip. He knew the area of the sea he was covering very well.

Our experience at Mystique has been AMAZING😊 we have eaten here almost every night of our 10 night stay and it’s been such a pleasure. Chef Attaphon, his team and the service staff (Dave is amazing) looked after us and made us feel very special - food is exceptional, We will return one day - hopefully soon. Thank you Team Mystique and Team Westin!

The rooms were perfect for a family of 4 . The stay was made seamless by Mr Roshan who took care of pretty much everything for us.

Nice resort with very friendly & helpful staff. Some signs of wear and tear of sun loungers and around pool but grounds kept immaculate. The food options are not ideal in that the buffet is not of a high standard and both restaurants included in HB/FB/AI options serve curries. In the buffet, wait time for tables at breakfast and drinks any meal time can be lengthy. The teriyaki and beach grill both lovely but only a small supplement toward these is offered. I would absolutely recommend AI option as drinks relatively expensive. Included use of paddle boards, pedalos, glass bottom boat a welcome reprieve to mounting bill! The spa treatments excellent. We’ve had a fab holiday but we may try an alternative when we return.

Lovely hotel and location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a few small minor issues and went to the reception to speak to them and they got them resolved quickly. The food was very nice in the restaurants. The adults pool was lovely and quiet and well maintained. The family pool looked very nice too but didn’t sit by that pool. The beach area could do with more cleaning up to get rid of the seaweed and then it would look better. Rooms were very nice and clean and tidy. The star gazing was very good they put on one night and the singers were good as well.
