Veranda Pointe aux Biches

We stayed at this hotel with our family at the end of March, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice—especially with kids. What we loved most was the size and atmosphere of the hotel. It’s small and cosy, which made it feel much more relaxed and personal compared to large, crowded resorts. Taslimah greeted us when we arrived and was very approachable with all the questions we had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The private beach was a real highlight—peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for families. Although the food selection wasn’t huge, everything we tried was tasty and clearly high quality, which we appreciated much more than endless but average options. Vikash and Marie Tracey from the Restaurant are real gems for the team and they always greeted us with a smile and helping us finding a table. There was also enjoyable entertainment in the evenings, which kept both adults and kids engaged. Another great perk was the shuttle bus to the well known Trou aux Biches public beach, giving us a bit of variety without any hassle. We also really liked the attention to detail, such as using proper glass cups instead of plastic—something that made the experience feel more premium and environmentally conscious. The free access to sports equipment like paddle boards, kayaks, and pedal boats was fantastic and gave us plenty of fun activities to enjoy as a family. Elisa and Jovano were so helpful all the time and even compromised a few times and gave the paddle board outside the sport activities time. The kids club was another highlight for our family. The staff there were caring and attentive, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax knowing the kids were having a great time. Jerina even sent us photos of our kids playing. We also really appreciated the flexibility on our departure day. As we had a late flight, Nitesh arranged a late check-out at 17:00. This meant we could enjoy a few more relaxed hours at the beach and take our time getting ready, which made the end of our holiday much more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, this hotel offers a warm, friendly, and high-quality experience, perfect for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We would happily return, especially that I understood they plan a huge renovation this summer (June-August).

We had a wonderful time at Veranda. The buffet catered for all of us, including suitable kids food. The kitchen also made special accommodation for my fussy eater. A special thank you to Maya, who looked after our room. The locals were friendly and helpful. The resort is secure and safe.

Management made us feel special from day of arrival with a lovely refurbished room with a great view. Resort closing soon for full refurb so don’t let some of the reviews put you off. Staff very friendly and offered us great service through out our All Inclusive stay. A special mention to our chambermaid Varsha, who delighted with fresh towel art daily & nothing was too much trouble. Food was good with plenty of options to suit every palate and special thanks to chef Mariano who made delicious Italian pasta offering daily. The Bar staff at the Footloose bar tempted us with delicious cocktails & wonderful flavoured rums prepared in-house. Special thanks to Sarah who always welcomed us warmly with a smile & a great mojito or two 🍸🍹. We loved our stay here & can recommend .
