Veranda Pointe aux Biches

My family stayed in Pointe Aux Biches late September. We had a long flight from the UK and upon arrival were greeted at reception with a warm welcome and a cold glass of iced tea. We also were upgraded to the adults only Sandy Lane part of the Hotel, which was a real surprise and much appreciated! Our visit was just after the renovation & upgrade works, and the hotel was clean and well laid out with lots to do, the rooms were comfortable and the food at both the buffet & Sandy Lane restaurants was tasty and lots of it! What I remember most though is the staff - everyone was kind & welcoming, even remembering our drinks orders and greeting us like friends It was a trip i will remember and will be returning!

Excellent hotel. The feel of the hotel is tropical and extremely clean and welcoming. Junaid and Anissa were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Sarah is lovely behind the bar, always goes above and beyond. We would definitely recommend.

Great village, friendly and helpful staff at any time and for all information. Excellent couple's vacation in total relaxation. They are very attentive to raising awareness of the environment!

This has truly been one of the best holidays I have ever had! It would be hard to find a more welcoming, friendly, and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, and that feeling stayed with me throughout my entire stay. The food was absolutely delicious as well. A special mention has to go to the incredible three-course dinner at Sandy Lane. It was an amazing dining experience and an absolute must-try. Just keep in mind that this restaurant is exclusively for adults. The hotel was newly renovated in September, and I honestly cannot praise it enough. Everything is beautifully designed, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. Every little detail has been considered, creating such a wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire property. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We had originally planned to stay at another hotel for the second half of our holiday, but after experiencing this wonderful place, I truly wished we had booked the entire week here instead. We loved it so much that we actually came back to spend our very last night here! That alone says everything about how special this hotel is. It really is a place you have to experience for yourself. A huge thank you for making our holiday so memorable. I will be back, for sure. Love from Norway
