Zilwa Attitude

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, but we have never experienced such genuinely friendly, warm, and attentive staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Three team members in particular left a lasting impression on us: Nitish, the restaurant manager, regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying our stay. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests are truly outstanding. Mohun, one of the waiters, is someone we will definitely remember. His manners, attention to detail, and the way he serves guests are simply unique. He made every meal feel special. Nabaraj at the bar always welcomed us with a smile, great drink recommendations, and exceptional attentiveness. His friendly and professional service added so much to our experience. That being said, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Over the course of our stay, they all became very dear to us. Before coming here, we never thought it would be possible to miss hotel staff after a vacation—but now we know it is. The food was outstanding, with excellent quality and a fantastic variety of dishes. Every meal was a highlight, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. What truly sets this hotel apart are its people. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional holiday experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. We already miss you all!

Second time in Mauritius, first time at an all-inclusive resort and also at Zilwa Attitude. It was even better than expected! All the restaurants were amazing. Different food at different restaurants, and all were great! The pools, the beach, the private Island! All were spectacular and lifted our experience another notch. But what made this our best hotel experience ever were the people working at Zilwa. There were three people who stood out: Nitish was always looking out for us and made our anniversary dinner very special. 10/10 guy! Satyam in the main bar always kept a drink in our hands. Always a smile as well. Great guy and brilliant bartender. Last but not least, the girl in charge for the activities. Unfortunately I dont remember her name, but you will be hard presses to find a more positive and engaging person. Our dream is to return sometime in the future.

Very very good Hotel. Nitish the manager was very nice, all of the staff and people everywhere very friendly. The food was lovely and waited on by the staff. So many sunbeds, never a problem any time of the day. Beautiful grounds, in all a really great time.
