Zilwa Attitude

Great location. Very nice atmosphere, good & clean rooms. I had three rooms including a family room. Good value for money. I have been impressed by the service I got. First & foremost, there was no semi skimmed milk ( SKM )for my grandaughter, I went to the Guest Experience Desk and met with their manager, M/S Elodie Trapu, who did her utmost to get the SKM delivered to rm 1407. Then Elodie told me that Jovany ( F & B ) would look after my group while she ( Elodie ) would be off for the weekend. At the reception met with Vivian Marie who was very helpful including his team. At the Karay resto met with Head Chef Rishi who like Elodie went the Extra mile for my grandaughter as she wanted Vanilla Ice Cream. On Sunday met with the GM as he was accompanied by the Head Chef Rishi. We talked about some few hiccups which I am going to elaborate in a letter once am back in the U.K. I also met with Nasreen the Resident Manager with whom in the presence of Jovany, we discussed those hiccups. On Sunday, I was so impressed with the speed Rishi & Marvin got my grandaughter for her BF three pairs of dhal puri, as the latter wanted her favourite dish. Marvin, my group ( my wife, sister granddaughter, mother & sister in law ) including myself must recommend Elodie, Vivian, Rishi, the entire team and a special thought goes to Jovany, who was around us at all times ensuring that our brief stay was enjoyable, so much so we are contemplating returning next year for our 35th Wedding Anniversary in December, condition we get a 25% discount. So Rishi, Elodie, Vivian, Nasreen, Marvin last but not the least, Jovany, we have enjoyed every second of our brief stay and Marvin, I strongly recommend those names to have a certificate of recognition for the way they treat their hotel guests, as they leave no stone unturned, making sure we, as guests we have a memorable time.those persons are the backbone of your business. They treat their clients with respect, communicating with us at every step of the way. We are confident that there is room for improvement and I look forward to my suggestions will help your board of directors to enhance our experience and M/S Trapu with her team is so absorbed by making our stay enjoyable I guess they deserve an increase and that Jovany is so reliable, I will cherish our brief stay as Jovany was the one overseeing our stay very closely, making sure we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We spent 8 wonderful days at Zilwa Attitude and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel has a beautiful location, amazing views over the lagoon and, most importantly, a fantastic relaxed Mauritian atmosphere. What really makes Zilwa special are the people. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. A very special thank you to Nitish, who made our stay even more memorable with his kindness, positive attitude and genuine hospitality. People like him are the reason you remember a hotel long after the holiday is over. Thank you, Nitish! 💚 The food was excellent, the rooms and entire resort were very clean and well maintained, and we really enjoyed the authentic Mauritian character of the hotel. We explored a lot of Mauritius during our 8 days, and every time we returned to Zilwa, it genuinely felt like coming home. Mauritius stole our hearts, and Zilwa Attitude was a big part of it. We would definitely come back but this time with whole family! 🇲🇺❤️ Highly recommended – 10/10!

We are currently staying at the fabulous resort . The staff and facilities are amazing, it was our 18th wedding anniversary and the restaurant manager Netish pulled out all the stops , we had an amazing private dinner table prepared and the food was incredible

I never give out reviews. But the experience at Zilwa attitude was so amazing that I had to write something. Great food, great service, great location. Everything stood out to make us enjoy our stay there. I highly recommend, do not think twice before making a booking there. The service and the welcome is 5-stars. I cannot list all the names but the ones I remember include Nitish, Rishi, Catherine, Lovey, Vinesh, Ayush. Thank you all for making this a great stay for us. I will always recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Typically Mauritian style hotel, excellent service ,friendly Staff,food very good ,at the restaurant Mr Nitish and Mr Rishi and team gave us a good service.Room was kept clean and tidy by Mrs Geeta.We will surely come back
