Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort is fabulous. All of the employees are wonderful and the management is always available to assist wherever they're needed. Highly recommend. I'll be back and I can't wait!

This was our third trip to Akumal Bay and it did not disappoint. The newly refurbished rooms are stylish and comfortable and they all have an ocean view with a hot tub on the balcony or terrace. It is in a great beach front location within lush tropical gardens which make it very relaxing.Food choice is good with a buffet and 4 a la Carte restaurants . We particularly like the Grill which serves steaks,ribs and other grilled meat and fish. Our thanks goes to Aricelli and her staff who always made our evenings there feel special, especially when we celebrated my birthday. The new Italian restaurant was good with some very nice choices on the menu and Kooben also didn't disappoint. The staff at the hotel are great and go the extra mile,special thanks go to Adrianna and Aurora in the buffet,Luis at the snack bar,Marco at the beach bar, all the staff at Nuvolla ,Kooben and The Grill . Hoping to return again soon.

Amazing experience with amazing service. A big thank you to Alan, he speaks fremch and make me feel like home. I did the sound healing with Franco and I loved it !max is speaking French too and she is so sweet! And Elvira was here for taking care of me too. Honestly best spot in Akumal with people taking care of you. It’s what I needed. Thank you guys and thank you Akumal !

Over the years we have travelled to all 4 corners of the globe on holiday. Can safely say, Akumal Bay Beach and Spa resort is now at the top of our favourite destination/hotel list. Absolutely loved everything about the hotel, the staff, the food, the location, everything was first class. We will most definitely return and would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a holiday to remember..
