Bahia Principe Grand Tulum

Everything is not all bad, but what is the most important about a hotel or any company really is how they take care of their customers. And at Bahia, they do not care at all. We paid for an all inclusive including 3 a la carte meals, but every single restaurant is already fully booked for the whole week, even before our first day there. It's completely impossible to get what I paid for, they do not give me anything or pay me back for scamming me, citing that restaurants are dependent of availability. They will even pretend to look when I just saw the guy looking for the person before me. The person behind me was also there to try to book a restaurant. They are basically scamming everyone and they know it. I will avoid every Bahia from now on.

Absolutely magnificent, one off the best holidays ever all the staff are amazing so friendly hotel was so clean couldn't fault this hotel only downside was checking out :( highly recommend this hotel Thank you for a fantastic holiday

This is the worst place possible. We arrived at 1130 super excited for our vacation , after we checked in at 1130 we were feeling hungry and was told that the only place open then is the truck snack bar which is surprising since it is an all inclusive place. We happily went to the snack bar and there were only super processed food with no nutritional value. Horrible. We went to the pool and smell something aweful. We tried to get some towels and was told to come back in 1.5 hours because they don’t have any towels. We went to check out the each and finally found out what the aweful smell was. This is the worst place I have ever been. It’s so poorly run, horrible food, terrible services. .

We enjoyed a memorable stay and would recommend the resort without hesitation. The gardens have a beautiful tropical feel with abundant wildlife including iguanas, agutis and coatis -it really feels like walking around a zoo! The food is varied and tasty with an excellent buffet restaurant and impressively high standard a la carte restaurants that you can enjoy as part of your all-inclusive stay. We especially loved the fine dining restaurant Don Pablo. The staff are friendly and attentive and I must give a big, appreciative shout-out to the entertainment team who injected fun into every day by the pool. Our rooms, while a little dated, were spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. There is an impressive choice of pools that cater for everyone from families with young children to couples seeking a peaceful time in the sun.

Excellent overall! If you go to the pool bar Librado is the best bartender there and Annabelle at the Lobby Bar! Shows are amazing and for my 5th trip there would go back again because of the resort and the staff!
