Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel

Spend two fabulous weeks at Blue Diamond! Loved our room and back yard! The atmosphere and jungle like surroundings were magical and serene! The food was like no other resort, absolutely fabulous! MOST of ALL the staff! From the gardeners, leaf blowers, front desk! April, Ivonne Natalie! superb! Edwin who stocked our room with drinks, so sweet to us. I had a medical emergency the first week I was there (great now) Yasir took full control of the situation with such love and kindness, called an ambulance and I was cared for in my room. Being in another country could have been a bit frightening! I only felt loving kindness! The restaurant family❤️ To start, Roberto Avila, made sure I got food to my room, until I felt better! He check on us both everyday to see if we needed anything! Talk about above and beyond! The entire restaurant staff treated us like family both my husband and myself, each one asked if I was ok. If I forgot a name please forgive me, here goes…Luis Pat, Francisco, Rodolfo, Antonio, , Ximena, Ana, Jenny, Dago, Madai! And Julio♥️. The ENTIRE staff made this the best vacation ever! Can’t wait to return! Thank you ALL

Everything is amazing even the staffs are very welcoming

We spent a week at Blue Diamond and it has been wonderful. If you are looking for a quiet vacation with calming nature, amazing good, and great service, this is it! This resort is different from the typical experience. It is very quiet (no loud music, no parties, no animation). This is exactly what we were looking for. The food is delicious. Everything is fresh and made to order. There are three restaurants, and the menu at Aquamarina changes every day. We also appreciated that there is no need for reservations. There is always a spot to sit on the beach, at the pool, or at the restaurant. No need to fight for chairs. The staff is so kind and attentive. Special thanks to Dayaina for the cacao tasting session. It was a great experience, and we loved learning more about the mayan culture. She was kind and knowledgeable. Julio at the beach was great and took care of us all week! Jenny at the Akbar and Aquamarina restaurants was always smiling and offered exceptional service. The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything was functional and as we were expecting it. We stayed in a Cenote Jt. Suite overseeing the laguna, and have enjoyed the incredible nature view. It’s was a nice walk to the beach/pool every morning, and there are golf carts and bikes available for those who do not want to walk. We’ve met some great people during this trip, and we would come back without hesitation. It was a unique experience.

We came for our honeymoon. We did the temazcal ceremony and cacao ceremony with Diana. She was very knowledgeable on Mayan tradition and very respectful. The staff has been excellent and nature is all around. I cant explain how good the food is too. Would definitely recommend for a private, romantic trip. Thanks Blue Diamond!

Diana was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful of her cultural heritage and proud to share the experience with us. She facilitated in a fun and engaging manner. All present appeared happier for the learning and session. Beautiful experience!
