Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel

Nice and close to Playa del Carmen for a shopping day trip. The resort has been amazing. Three à la carte restaurants. All with excellent meals. Never a wait to get a table. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxed. Limited evening entertainment but we enjoyed the earlier nights and tranquil setting. The spa area is incredible. All the amenities are available even if you don’t book a treatment. Includes sauna, steam room, indoor tranquility pool, relaxation room. The spa outdoor pool was beautiful. Quiet, at one point I was the only one in it. The beach area is great if you like lo g walks, in both directions. And the. Of course there are the wonderful people who cared for us so well-John, Christopher, Jenny, Ricardo, Dayana, the list goes on. We feel very blessed to have met them all and to have had the privilege of spent the week here.

Our stay at this wonderful resort was a 10 plus. Natalie at check in was great, John our concierge and Christopher our concierge were amazing. Dayana was so helpful. Such a great team all working together. The resort is absolutely beautiful, our room looking over a lagoon honestly is nothing like we’ve ever seen before. The wildlife on the resort is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious. And all the staff become like family. I truly cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay,

We stayed here for 5 nights as a couple and honestly had such a nice, relaxing time. The whole place has a super calm vibe, very quiet and surrounded by nature, which we loved. Walking around feels really special, especially with all the greenery and the cenote, it’s honestly one of the highlights of the property. Food was definitely a big plus for us. Our favorite spot was Ámbar, everything we tried there was so good, and the Mexican night at Aguamarina was also amazing, really fun and full of flavor. Overall, the food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive. The staff was always kind and the atmosphere was good to enjoy being there together. It never felt never crowded. The only issue we had was with the bikes. They were a bit hard to find sometimes, and a few of them were broken or not in great condition. Other than that, we had a great stay. It’s a beautiful place.

Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique is a really beautiful and peaceful place, perfect if you just want to relax and disconnect for a few days. The whole property is surrounded by nature and big open paths, so just walking around already feels nice. The rooms are super spacious, comfortable, and very private. One of the highlights is definitely the atmosphere; quiet, calm, and far from the typical crowded resort scene. It’s perfect if you’re not looking for parties or loud entertainment, but rather a more serene and intimate stay. Food was definitely a highlight. There’s a good variety and the quality is better than what you usually expect from an all-inclusive. The service at the restaurants is also really good. That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. Some maintenance details could use a refresh to match how beautiful the place is overall. Also, the beach has sargassum so this can affect the experience if you’re hoping to swim in the ocean.
