Catalonia Royal Tulum

1st time at the CRT, lovely hotel, spotlessly clean & with excellent staff on all levels, with a good selection & variety of restaurants to choose from, but a special shout out to bartenders Elias & Jonathan at bar Margarita's ,

The entertainment team at Catalonia royal Tulum is the best. Our favorite is the Michael Jackson show and karaoke. We thank Diego, Leo, Eddie, Cuellar and Paulina for their hard work and for keeping things fun!

We had a wonderful week at the resort. Food, entertainment, rooms, service were all great.

Lovely small resort. Setting is great but nothing is in close distance (shops, pharmacy etc.) which i would have preferred. We had a junior suite which was very spacious and clean. Shoutout to the housekeeping team, I couldn't fault their service and it made for a very comfortable stay All staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Diego, Cuellar, Eddie, Leo & Pau kept everyone entertained during the day and at night with plenty of activities to get involved in. We also opted for a treatment at the spa. Lucely on reception was welcoming and very helpful. She helped us pick a couples package of a facial for me and massage for my partner. We both agreed that the facial and massage were the best we'd ever had. Both Margarita and Esperanza were just lovely and made the experience very relaxing Only feedback I'd give is that it would be great to have more grab and go food options. You had to go get a table and eat, nothing to take back to your sunbed or room. We had room service a few times and although prompt and the staff great, the food options were limited. Also would recommend more alcohol in the minibar. You got 2 beers per day and if you wanted to have a few drinks on your balcony for the evening we had to go down 2 flights of stairs and walk to the lobby for another drink

Great stay. Very peaceful and relaxing time. It’s also nice how many animals hang about the hotel :) Entertainment is also available for those that fancied it - it’s run very well by; Diego, Cuellar, Leo, Eddie and Paulina.
