Catalonia Royal Tulum

Paulina, Diego, Eddy, Leo and Cuellar in the entertainment- are fantastic and very good with everything they do including the shows, pool and dancing! 🕺- great group of people and very friendly! 5 stars!! We will come back and visit again - buffet and drinks are amazing - the beach was cleaned of all the seaweed during the season, rooms were nice and clean - the path between the hotel, lobby and pool have tons of cute wildlife that you will love! This is a must place to visit! Thank you!

Another fantastic stay at this resort. Why is it so good? The coatis and the staff. All the staff are friendly and work extremely hard. The spa is excellent too offering a range of treatments. We stayed as Privileged Guests and the upgrade is worth it, especially for the 10% off spa services and the delights of the beach restaurant BLoved. To me, this is paradise.

The best attention from all the service people

​Overall, we had a really good time at Catalonia Royal Tulum. The entire resort is very clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and attentive across the property. ​Breakfast was a daily highlight. The morning team took extra care to learn our names, and a special shoutout goes to Quetzabel for making us feel so welcome each morning. ​The entertainment crew keeps things fun and lively. Leo from the entertainment team was absolutely excellent, bringing great energy and keeping activities engaging throughout the day. ​The food was consistently good. The à la carte options were impressive, especially the Italian and Mexican restaurants, which both delivered great meals and attentive service. ​As for the room, it was clean and well-kept, but the air conditioner struggled to keep up. The room stayed fairly warm throughout our stay, which was really the only noticeable downside. ​Aside from the AC issue, it was a great trip thanks to the clean grounds, quality food, and outstanding service from Leo and Quetzabel.
