Great place, fantastic people, all are lovely but Quetzabel gets a special mention for over and above service. The only down side was the endless Sargassum on the beach

This place is beautiful! The entertainment team has been keeping us on our toes! Paulina, Eddie, Leo, Diego, Diego 2, you guys are something else! You had us play bingo, pool party, trivia, and we wouldnt have it any other way! Cant wait for all the shows! This place is a blast

The Talent team was amazing! Paulina, both of Diego, Eddie and Leo were great!! They were nice, fun and kept the energy going all day. We played bingo, music trivia, stretching in the morning with Diego was relaxing and had a pool party. Overall great experience!

Diego, Leo, Eddie, Pau, Cuellar are amazing. They keep the crowd entertained and everyone laughing.

10-night stay with my partner in June 2026. The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - adults only, relaxed, with a good choice of restaurants and evening entertainment. We upgraded upon arrival and the room was great - clean, spacious, and quiet. There is daily entertainment by the pool however this was tasteful and good fun to both watch and participate in (you could sit and relax without it impacting you). The entertainment team were great fun - Cuellar, Eddie, Leo, Pau, & Diego were chatty, funny, and spent time chatting to us throughout. Although we upgraded, we often dined in the buffet restaurant for breakfast & lunch - with a huge selection of options it was ideal for us. Quetzabel was a great host, she was welcoming, chatty, and made a point of remembering our names - she made the experience great! We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant options - Tao Cat scenery was lovely. Overall, we loved our time at Catalonia Royal Tulum and would not hesitate to return.
