Great place, confortable rooms, good food and drinks. Beach, pools and accommodation are perfect and a magic team. Special thank to Maciel and also Angel, Oswaldo and Oscar.

So much fun for families! The water park, kids activities, huge kid pool, ice cream buffet, and bunk beds in rooms are awesome!! If you’re hoping for a serene, quiet retreat - skip this place. But if you’re looking for a place where your kids can have the time of their lives, this is it! And when they have a tantrum in the middle of the hallway, people won’t even notice on account of their kids throwing tantrums, too. The reviews point out some negative aspects, but c’mon people. Don’t act like you deserve the Four Seasons when you didn’t pay for it. Go into it with the following expectations and you’ll have a great time: - It’s a loud hotel. Kids, duh. - You might see some ants. Tropics, duh. - It’s showing some wear & tear. People, duh. Now that we’ve set our expectations appropriately, focus on the positives: you’re not making dinner, cleaning anything, doing laundry, or coming up with things to do for the kids. Someone is taking care of YOU for once. Soak it up, mamas! (Side bar: holy crap this staff is hardworking. The never stop moving, never stop serving, never stop bending over backwards for families.) One last thing… if you are expecting cool, refreshing pools - don’t. The water is cool in the morning, but after baking in the Cancun sun all day, it is WARM. Like hot tub warm. That would be my only true “this could have been better” suggestion to the hotel: Figure out a way to create cool pool water. TL/DR: Go. Bring your kids. Set your expectations appropriately. Have a blast!

Sans Soucis restaurant was a lovely night out, excellent food, excellent service from Miguel. Definitely the best restaurant on the resort would highly recommended a visit.

A great hotel for kids and families. Clean with decent food with lots of choice. Staff lovely and the hotel and facilities are clean. People need to remember it’s 3 star In my opinion it’s a great one too!

Our 4th visit, first was our honeymoon back in 1997. We took our 2 adult daughters and partners for 10 days and once again we loved it. The view from the pool is exceptional, the food was great and service unbelievable. Only downfall is the reservation system for reastaraunts isn't the best and uou dont find out if a restaurant is not open that night until you log onto app at the 11am reservation time. By the time you realise its closed and try another testsrdunt its too late especially trying to book for 6 adults. Check in is also not the best with long queues, but the holiday was fantastic, food was great. WeI want to give praise yo a number of staff. Joel at the pool, Rubi at Trafalagar Bar. Absolute top class as always. Luis at adult bar, unbelievable coping all alone and extremely quick. At the 8th floor adult only bar, Jerry at breakfast was top class. Tequila, tequila Jerry. Again at 8th floor bar in evening we had Carlos who remembered all our names and drinks every night. The best old fashioned whisky I have ever tasted. Jorge covered for him once and again he was fantastic Others included Kevin, John, Edwardo and Ivan. Angel the bell boy once again looked after us. A special thank you to one member of staff, who like all of us we very rarely see and that's Claudia our room maid on 8th floor adult section. Its staff like all the above that makes our holiday special, which why its our 4th visit from UK and will be looking for the 2 of us next Septmeber for our 30th anniversary.
