This place was booked via Loveholidays terrible customer service to resolve issues. But the hotel itself is beyond disgusting! Dirty undafe poo dirty filty stained sunliungers the pictutes loveholidays provide ate false and not a true representation of the hotel ! this place should not. e open ! taps do t work pla e smells like something has died! WWe left as not wulling to put health at risk as im sure tyhoix hepatitis an be contracted in this placd !

I had a very balanced experience at the Iguanas Buffet. While there were some definite highs, there were also a few areas that were a bit questionable. ​The Highlights: ​Immaculate Environment & Service: The buffet area was kept incredibly clean, and the staff provided excellent, attentive service throughout our stay. ​Live Pasta Station: This was a major winner. Having the sauces made-to-order and the pasta prepared fresh made a huge difference in quality. ​Themed Successes: They really nailed Italian night—the lasagna was amazing. I also had a standout seafood stew one day that was loaded with mussels and even baby octopus; it was delicious and felt very fresh. ​The Drawbacks: ​Consistency Issues: Outside of the specialty nights, some items felt like filler. The non-fried fish was often bland and mushy, and the Pozole unfortunately missed the mark. ​Breakfast "Sausage": It felt like they were repurposing leftover hot dogs as breakfast sausage links, which was a bit disappointing compared to the quality of the live stations. ​The Verdict: The buffet is a great option if you stick to the themed highlights and the made-to-order stations. Between the great service and the fresh pasta, you can definitely find a great meal here—just be selective with the pre-made entrees!

Hotel Dos Playa Faranda. Check in and out was good, but hidden prices annoyed us when we got charged for environmental taxes. The room was clean and bed comfortable. AC is very noisy though. The washroom had a peculiar smell. Overall, the hotel is beaten down, hopefully in the future; it will get a renovation. Beachfront, two accesses open. Restaurants food had limited choices. Drinks at bar were very good. The staff at the restaurant and the bar were warmer to Spanish speaking people than English speakers. They cater them and talk too much with them, so line up gets granted. It was slightly unappreciated. Everyday, in the garden, there were supposed to have activities of making guacamole, margaritas… there was only one during the week, paella making. So another false advertisement. Entertainment was a big disappointment. Nothing to elevate the party. Overall boring. Personally, for the price we got, I guess it’s ok the place. Next time I will pay extra for a better place.

Great resort. Jose Rios was an amazing bar tender and our favourite, very friendly. All of the staff were amazing. Drinks and food are great.

Location excelent, beautiful beach. Food delish, all typical mexican or exiting theme food. Fav of mine jamiacan. All staff so friendly and profesional. Special thanks to managerJane, bartender Cesar, waiterJohan, watiress Cristina and couple more staff. They went beyond impossible to make our holiday amazing. Definetly value for money. Great atmosphere, all the guests all so friendly.
