Cesar, Jose and Gilberto and the snack bar chef was amazing people and made my holiday way better

Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday in the baking sun 👌🏽 and if you are visiting at anytime make sure to say hello to Gilberto at the snack bar 10/10 service 👍🏽

This is NOT a “Four Star” resort folks. My wife and I stayed in November of 2025. We booked a basic room but they offered up a free night in a Premium room. We had till the next morning by 10:00am to decide if we wanted to keep it or go back to our original booking. We didn’t care for the “premium” room so we asked to go back to our original reservation only for them to say they are Booked and can’t offer us our original room. So we were then stuck paying an additional $22 USD a night for a dirty, broken “premium” room. The Wifi was horrible. We had to sit outside to get any reception. Breakfast was undercooked and basic. Employees were smoking outside of suites that they were cleaning. Dirty furniture. Broken security latch. We do NOT recommend this “resort” at all.

Hi hubby and I are coming in Feb and are very excited....if u have recently been here or there now can u pls share everything we need to know Thank You And I had to put in a date or it wouldnt let me submit this....we have NOT been here yet

Visited out of season so resort was a bit quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gilberto and David always made sure my drink was topped up and that I was looked after.
